    Inonotus hispidus, this is the first time that I have seen this fungus in west Wales. Unfortunately it is growing on an Ash which has about 500 school kids walking under it twice a day, so it will have to be removed. Sorry pictures are not very good, as it is 10' up, and i had to stand on the roof of my Landy.

    Why on earth put a 18" bar on a 450, it makes it grossly under powered. The 450 with a 13" bar is unstoppable, cuts quicker than a husky 550
