  16. Under lying root damage. The leaves have a good colour, so the tree is mostly happy. Sort out the roots, and the tree will be happy. One of the estates i manage has a pair of cherries with 'gumosis' (surely there has to be a better name than that David), which have been oozing for as long as i can remember, and they put on a good show every year. 17. There is some kind of gall on the leaf, and some form of leaf curl. If they are on all the leaves the trees stress levels will be high. Possibly a good starting point.
  18. Generally i come across summer branch drop atter the first rains after a period of no or little rain. I have no evidence to support this other than twenty years of observation. Sent from my D2303 using Arbtalk mobile app

  23. PBI biolfuels have had issues mainly around incorrect planting distances, and the harvester not being able to fit between the rows. The only blocks i know of in our neck of the woods are around bluestone, which as yet i don't think has been harvested. Judging by the large pile that can be seen from the road, they are only processing small diameter softwood. Sent from my D2303 using Arbtalk mobile app
  24. Mid Norfolk tractors, or John charnley. I am yet to find something that either of these can not supply.

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
