  1. You sniffin sommat? it was 1200 quid a few pages ago! Rag week is it!
  2. Thanks, where would these fit then on the hydraulic lines going to the spool block? I take it I would need 2 as well?
  3. I have a rotating log grab for our small telehandler, it has a diverter valve to switch from grab to rotate, the problem is the rotate side is far too fast, can I add something in the system to slow that side down without too much hassle ?
  4. Where did you get it from?
  5. No problem mick, I know it doesn’t happen often but your only human !
  6. Do they have any Bisson there? Heard there rather tasty!
  7. That’s a 220 mick, I had one years ago, that was a good old skool machine but know nowt about the 1928
  8. Not wrong when you say pricey! Can you get GB bars in bigger sizes? Above 25”
  9. What’s people’s views on the1928, what the in feed like on them compared to the Arb range?
  10. And when they don't pay on time what then? you 5% down and still late, nah fuc that price is what it is and payment on time or I will hound them. I did that for another firm and it still took me 45 days to get it so lost on both sides.
  11. Persimmon are a pain in the arse fir me, alway chasing them.
  12. I get fucked off with the commercial side, 3 firms owe me money now, not vast amounts the largest is 4K but it’s for wrk done in March! Then one phoned last week to see what discount I can give on a quote I did in April, nothing I said as I’m happy to loose it.
  13. How’s the Pred doing Stefan, any problems ?

    Dolmar

Had one as was and was like a Forst chipper, great when it worked but was unreliable! Wouldn’t touch one again. It was a petrol by the way not a battery saw.
  15. I don't blame you Rob, I sell very little on there now as the costs are silly and like you say there are too many people taking the pee.
  16. So who would you have as PM ? Don’t think they have done a bad job to be honest, imagine the cluster fuc under corybin and Abbott!
  17. This is a good thread, yeah name and shame as long as I ain’t on the list ? bar chain and sprockets are consumable items, it’s amazing how many people actually think they should last the life of the saw! Rob do you stock a good range of the GB bars fir the common saws as I want to swap onto them as ours wear out ?
  18. Got them today mate, thanks.
  19. You cant charge more just because you use a tracked machine, a tracked machine will get to places better than a wheeled one is as simple as that, cons are you have to be careful on grass where as a wheeled machine is a bit more forgiving (depending on the operator) no punctures as well with tracks.
  20. And is it not a pleasure taking it of me ! I agree with joe, cracking service.
  21. I would bin the green teeth and have the multi tip , green teeth are a pita as you end up wearing the nuts off then there a pain to undo and the teeth are a pain to sharpen, MT teeth are fast to change and your only changing 2 teeth not all of them so in-fact there more cost affective!
  22. Yeah you cant even get an MOT so it may take a while!
  23. 500+VAT is fair for a proper firm to do it.
  24. Having it at home will possibly be a problem and you are supposed to have enough room to turn round and park properly, probably get away with it at the right property but in an estate I would say not. You could have your "operating centre" at a local farmers and park at home but then your at the mercy of your neighbours as if they grass you it will be gone! be better doing a deal with a local farmer and parking on a farm.
