  1. Most small builders work out of a van or garage and can get customers to buy materials so dont need to show them on there turnover
  2. The pred/ laski 360 is a good little machine, basic yes but ours has earned its cost many times over.
  3. Builders generally don’t have “on the books” staff, pensions paye etc and little over heads.
  4. I’m really not sure you have been fed good information, Greenmech are as well built as anything else out there mainstream and better that a lot of others, I have run a good few GM machines and had little issues, as for Forst, I had 2 and both were terrible on reliability! If I buying another small machine it would be GM TW Jensen or shitslinger!
  5. We had one for a while, good little machine, very capable and well built but I was never a fan of the roller set up, the new Evo is a different level .
  6. Yes most councils want it in meters now simply because it’s much clearer and less open to interpretation.
  7. Does it state the salary on offer? I couldn’t see it, not for me but I’m sure most will want to know.

  11. That means they have passed basic industry competency tickets to use a chainsaw and climb a tree , doesn't mean they know what there doing in reality, its done now, leave it to recover and see how it goes
  12. Cheap normally means crap! were they actually a bonified firm or a gardener with a chainsaw/travellers? What was the spec that was agreed before they started?
  13. I would use the term "Arborist" v loosely ! No its very poor work, did you pick them on price alone?
  14. We have a 75 and a 990 ad both do conifer very well, as been said you have to keep the knives sharp or performance soon drops off.
  15. If you rear the original post it says Rear axel!
  16. Thanks, are you going to be doing the TRAQ in the future?
  17. Jack, are you still doing the isa TRAQ course?
  18. The tackle tarts will love that !
  19. That the one of flebay i take it? i was considering buying it but the seller didn't answer this phone or email on numerous occasions, never use either so cant really help but i would guess there there will be a difference in throughput due to the extra power. My only concern with that machine was if it had been "blown over" for sale .
  20. Deano you babe, how ya doing?
  21. Nptc and or collage quals, without at least tickets your a labourer.
  22. Depends how you want to do it, proper job, strip down, bead blast re spray and re build or just blow it over and roll it in glitter. I would say anywhere from 500 quid to 5k
  23. Cracking little saws Josh, I sold our 150s about 3 yrs ago and got a brace of 2511’s fantastic little things, I know what you mean about the on off switch, I wish they would make them spring loaded so always live like the 540t .
