  1. Be more concerned that the entire payload is over 1 axle meaning even if your conservative guestimate is accurate, you could still be in axle overload territory at half full
  2. You need space with planning consent for the activity
  3. Jack the other side then it looks symmetrical :laugh1:
  4. Well I wouldn't ask but I haven't seen it and the only person I know that has is indeed 12, I bought him a DVD of it for his birthday
  5. Its a pick up truck not a jet fighter:laugh1::laugh1:
  6. I wouldn't worry about that, someone will nick them long before you can damage them
  7. And from that blog the thing that stands out for me is this which makes a laughing stock of itself and any arguments that follow since its all based on an assumption. Its all keyboard gum banging of little consequence, but a little controversy is always good to keep your web counter spinning or improve your you tube ranking.
  8. Be patient young padawan. You need to start your clock from the time you told the boss of your desire to advance, not from the time you became frustrated. As far as the boss knows, this wasn't an issue till you brought it up and from what you say, that was this morning. You cant seriously expect him to binn a contractor off at zero notice because you only found your voice today???
  9. Unless you are drilling harder material such as stainless steel where temperature can be an issue, cobalt drills offer no benefit over a decent quality HSS bit.
  10. Its tube in tube so if its badly bent it probably wont want to undo. Not uncommon to reach for the 9 inch grinder.
  11. The camera van blokes are often ex plod on a pension and are trained. The community speed watch are volunteers, pissed on power, they get a mornings tuition.
  12. There could be any number of causes, corroded terminals, broken wire, blown fuse, speed controller problems, busted electronics, the list goes on. Its usually a matter of eliminating each issue till it works again. A decent auto electrician should be able to fault find from cold in under an hour. Get a test lamp and start with the live into the system and work through from there.
  13. Yes that's part of it, its the coil pack for the solenoid valve

Think you ought to add detail
  16. This is an old school way but back in the day the mallion was the way we went Join the belt and bridge with a mallion and clip the biners side by side into that
  17. Done what? Daisy chaining biners is not best practice
  18. When a northerner goes brown its usually caused by rust
  19. No not at all but its worth bearing in mind that they wont take it well and may be looking for revenge.
  20. Good do on stopping the scrotes but please say the vans aren't sign written
  21. Of course it might just be the case that he was saying that to make a point, which simply reinforces the point that practical jokes are inappropriate in the workplace.
