  9. You take it off to descend mate. Its only an ascent system, you would decend on your normal method

  12. Was climbing 10 or so Ash to do bat inspections. Had non climbing bat expert so set up a base anchor so he could lower me in an emergency. 5 minutes to de-rig and set up next tree. Massive effort saver. Lovely stuff.

  14. Had a couple of wobbles, namely Digestive biscuits but still cracking on. Still been going out at weekends and doing a fair few beers. Going to knock drinking on the head for a bit. Still lost just over 2 stone though
