I'm still in although have slipped a little bit. I need to keep on it though as like Steve, I feel better for it. Only wierd thing I've noticed I crave chocolate now, never did before but I don't give in all that often. Gone from just under 15 stone to 12 st 3/4 lb though!

You take it off to descend mate. Its only an ascent system, you would decend on your normal method
