I agree mate. You have to sit down and write something so why not take an extra couple of minutes to word it properly? It's like trying to decipher Ali G some times....

Were they done up properly? I've just slipped boots on in the past to go outside to get something and the hooks caught on each other and I stacked it. Looked like a right donkey. As Huck says, unless it was a "genuine" manufacturer's problem, I doubt they would replace them unless you are very lucky.
