Don't get a chainsaw jacket. Far too hot and restrictive. Get a decent waterproof/showerproof jacket like the Stein or Hi-flex jacket. You'll find that unless its sub zero temps you'll take it off anyway...

I'd be doing it with a heavy heart, but I would be giving him his marching orders I'm afraid. Things like this tend to escalate IME, if he's nicked one thing, he won't have a problem nicking again. As Andy said, you can't really class him as a mate if he nicks stuff. (Especially YOUR stuff). That's my take on it mate.

Very true mate, And the newspapers don't run stories about people that go home at the end of the day. I think I'd rather not make "training" videos and still be able to walk....
