  1. The impact wrench is a bit over the top for getting those little wheels off!
  2. Per year Johny. 7.5% on dividend payments over £5000. More % for higher rate tax payers.
  3. Get taxed on dividends now as well. 😡After the first £5000. Still less % than income tax though.
  4. I think he means a salary that is higher (more) than your tax code tax free allowance.
  5. Probably Hamdogg....
  6. Similar in design to my Danequip stumpy. As lmtrees said the bit of metal pokes through the casing to stop the clutch spinning. Also as lmtrees said sparks suggest there is a bare wire touching somewhere and when the metal tongue touches the casing it's shorting out.
  7. How did that happen Bob?
  8. 😛😛 I've dropped my 7.5t front wheel through many a manhole cover in driveways, usually the old cast iron ones and covered in gravel so you don't know they are there.😡 I always keep a bit of 3/4" ply in the truck and cut it to the right size. Cover the hole, sweep the gravel back over the top and no one's any the wiser.👍
  9. Have you got one then Mark?

  15. Because when I email the quote it is an attachment. When I follow up the quote it is just a straight email.
  16. I do something similar to make sure they got the email, as they disappear into spam or junk mail folders sometimes. Several times customers have said they didn't receive the email and then find it in the spam box. Always worth chasing in my opinion.
  17. I've got dyneema winch rope on my Pajero. Pulled over some big trees and stuff out of rivers, not snapped it yet. Maybe yours had a nick making a weak point?
  18. Clearing a site for building construction and taking down willow, conifer, laurel and hazel. All in about 7-8 ft lengths. Can be cut shorter and have a small machine for loading trailers or trucks. Text me on 07841 143536 if you're interested.

I have an overheating issue, at least the light on he dash says it's hot, when I work it hard. Going to do a service and coolant flush. Are head gaskets falling common on this engine? Cheers did any help / advice. Al.

  23. Wife texts her handyman husband on a cold winter morning: "WINDOWS FROZEN ~ WON'T OPEN" Husband texts back: "GENTLY POUR SOME LUKEWARM WATER OVER THE EDGES AND THEN TAP EDGES SHARPLY WITH HAMMER" Wife texts back 5 minutes later: "LAPTOP REALLY BUGGERED NOW"
