  1. Lucky you can get it in, or it would have been more tricky!
  2. I have one near me and have an account with them. Smashing people indeed. I ahve relatives on a farm in great bardfield, and often visit them, and drove past the above place back in september. I admired your work as i remember you posting some before
  3. Is that browns new depot in dunmow? I am guessing you have an account there?
  4. As a twitcher, with a stuffed one in a glass cage, its a kestrel. It would not have taken a blackbird.
  5. Never compare machines using hired ones. Many unscrupulous hire people turn the hydraulic pumps down so you dont get as much power from them, which can give a false impresion as to how good they should be!!
  6. i doubt it would fit as its a different chassis. as for if its ok, i have been running these for 20 years now, and this is the best so far. its a different truck altogether. My only criticism is the lack of dealer support. My local one is useless and have had to make complaints no nssan themselves about them. having just got a new one, i wont need to visit one for two years, and then it will be one much further away.
  7. Gps Tracker TK104 System Car Vehicle Spy Covert Tracking Device WITH £5 TOP-UP | eBay
  8. Nope, the more expensive one with the longer battery life
  9. I have one of those on my crusher. Its superb, and I have not hard wired it to the machine, so I can move it to different places on the machine, charge it up etc. Well worth the money. Its easy to hide
  10. My project of installing a stove in my conservatory will be centered around an aarow ecoburn 11. 500mm logs and an overnight burn, I am not planning on letting it go out. I jave looked very carefully into the stove choice, and this seems to fit the bill
  11. I run a kubota stv32, and it fits nicely on an ifor tilt bed. The best chipper for it is the greenmech. have tried both and it works much better, though i have yet to save up for one! the kubota has been ultra reliable. not missed a beat in 7 years so far, and its a fast tractor on the road which is a good thing
  12. what make is the bench? i got mine from arbor eater and the spare blade was quite reasonable
  13. true, but its small footprint and gateway ability surely puts it in that club????
  14. I have the super prof 2000 with the conveyor, and it is a beast. The new one in your link is not officially launched yet, and will be at lamma later in jan. I like some of the design improvements, such as an electro magnetic clutch, eco eye and bigger fuel tank, but i am not convinced about adding a pipe to eject the shreddings. firstly it takes power from the engine, secondly I cannot use the bigger screen for bulk reduction of material as the blower would get jammmed. The cs100 is superb for what it does, but its not a shredder and chipper in one. the super pro has 24 razor sharp teeth that even if blunted, will continue to shred, and thanks to a wide letterbox opening, will devour ivy covered hawthorn with ease, something thats a little more tricky than a cs100. not sure how wide the cs100 is, but the eliet is 800mm so will get through most gates.
  15. that makes sense!
  16. with that engcon hitch, i always thought that you were not supposed to use the slew action of the digger for any kind of force, so how do you dig and level sideways without damage??
  17. needs a proper digger trailer to be safe!
  18. how come its closed down? Did you get another sorted.?
  19. you need a twin socket electrics on your towbar, similar to the caravan coupling. It trickle charges the battery as you go. I looked into it, and it was quite expensive.
  20. That looks like a nice bit of cedar. Why chip it? I know people who would kill for that on their fire
  21. its a lead flashing to the right angle of the roof, and yes i believe you use silicone I think if i go ahead and do this, i should document and photograph it all for you guys stage by stage!
  22. Its impossible due to the crap layout of the house. The only wall is to the garage, where there are numerous pipes and the boiler. I was going to extend the house and put one in then, but the cost of extending was eye watering. if I put one in the conservatory and ever move, I can easily take it with me. the conservatory has a brick wallmandntiled floor so the hearth is done!!
  23. Thanks for this Its a local company that my friend used and they worked out what he needed to buy, and was very happy. They seemed really helpful. Yes 11kw is a lot, its a big conservatory, and i think it will heat a lot of the house too. Sounds like a call to the council is in order monday!
  24. will be easy to install a couple of vents in the dwarf wall the conservatory sits on. we get condensation now from drying clothes out there
  25. Its kind of a "heat the conservatory and leave the door open to see how much the house will heat" situation. I was planning on leaving a small window open.
