Sadly I no longer have a wood burner but when I did, I couldnt get enough conifer . I burnt hot and I only emptied ash can once a week

Apologies if I've misspelt the above Customer has had a letter from the fotestry commission, saying that the OPM. Has been seen in the area and he has to get his oak tree sprayed. They are offering to do it free, but will this offer expire and does he have to have it done or can he tell them to get stuffed? It's in a private garden and covered by a tpo

Put three bulk bags of seasoned conifer on my twin Cab iveco daily, got on a1m and was immediately asked to follow a police traffic officer to a weighbridge. I was 5.1% overweight!!! He let me off that, but told me the load was unsafe as the logs were higher than the sides. I then manually reduced said bags so loose logs were now lower than the sides. He still wasn't happy, and insisted the load should be sheeted as if I go over a pothole, a log could jump out! Even a load of sand has to be sheeted he reckoned! The final sting was asking why I had them on. I told him I was giving them away, so he let me off but if I was selling them he would need to check my licence! It's getting harder to make a living! I'm being reported and may get prosecuted!

Yes, but primer should pump fuel into carb, but it appears to just push air into tank instead.

Mate is having problems with his blower It was running rough so had cleaned out the carb with an airline. Now the primer bulb won't prime but appears to be pushing air into the tank! Any ideas?

Looks like a 5 tonne machine. No wonder tyres gave out!

Mate has had so much trouble from adblue on his nt400, he has just had it mapped out. It's like a different truck now. More power and better mpg

These manufacturers need to get off their high horse about this. Their responsibilty ends when the machine leaves the factory. If people want to modify them, it's up to them, and if they have spent upwards of £25,000, they should be allowed to unchallenged. It's nothing to do with anyone else. I can think of a certain chipper manufacturer who has threatened to sack people if they even dare to suggest to a customer that the fuel settings can be modified.

Luckily, I am expert on these machines. You have the wrong battery. Get yourself a dry cell, odyssey pc625 battery, and mount it in its correct position underneath the engine in its housing. Check what voltage you are getting at full revs, should be 14.5 volts. The regulators and wiring harnesses fail on these for a pastime., also check your earth cable is mounted on the back of the regulator and both wires to the generator are connected properly just behind starter motor.

This was a 1999 entec chipper that I stripped down and fully refurbished, and has been working well. Its recently had new bearings, blades and anvils, new battery, brand new no stress device, new indeed roller blades, brakes all done, new belts and belt tensioner. New indeed buttons . The hour clock stopped at 1600, when the refurb was donw and new one shows 48 hours. This is a really good powerful working chipper, 35hp. Everyone that uses is is Impressed. It's also very rare in the fact it has two speed indeed settings. Price is plus vat£5,000
