  1. Problem is Dean....you just know that as soon as you put the backcut in, an ambulance with someone in the back of it is gonna turn up with flashers on wanting through. I had it......luckly I had gone through the right proceedure in order that the emergency services were informed of the closure. It was a paramedic actually and we had to turn him away. I had already put the back cut in and the tree was on a winch.
  2. Tell him too climb it himself. Obviously he has no ragard for other peoples safety. By the way the first bit is forum speak. I'd word it slightly differently.
  3. I was charged £240 for an emergency closure

  8. Included twin stems at base of tree - was opening in the wind. I climbed this twice over a period of two weeks (in a slight breeze) and thought better of it. Seen the results of included stems on Poplar many times before.......here's one we got called out too about two weeks before.

  16. Theres an ad for a tree officer in medway at the mo (closes 19th dec I think) only asks for an "arb Qual"
  17. And a very good service. Usually get items the next day if you call early enough.

  20. There is no best....depends what you want to use it for. I've had 3 Landrovers and a number of jap.
  21. Was only thinking the same....people would pay good money for that at southeby's
