The person on the phone does not always dial the number, often your number is dialled by computer, if you answer your put through to an operator. As has been said, they are only doing a job, why be nasty or rude?? Just hang up.

We had a 460, 201t and a 550xp taken off site this week, biggish garden, still not really sure how they got them from right under our noses, but these people are professional thieves and very good at what they do.

No, I have a different one for the pool, it works really well (had the pool at 31 degrees over the school holidays) but it need split logs. My intention is to move the big boiler nearer the pool and use it to heat the pool through the summer, I intended to do it this year, but was to busy with work, so its next years job now.

Surely if an item is in good condition it can't be failed, if the examiner feels its not fit for purpose they should simply refuse to examine it.

I don't see it like that at all, Doctors "practice" medicine, but that does not suggest they are new to it. I really dislike the term "licence" when used for saw tickets.
