  1. If its just you and your lass Eggs, I think the second chance is a good call, but as for people who keep dogs that have shown even the slightest aggression to their child, you are bonkers!!! IMHO. I have had several GSD's over the years, they have all been faultless with my children and all lived out doors, I really don't get why people wish to share their homes with a dog.
  2. Trump thinks he can fix the USA. Clinton thinks she can fix the world. I don't like Trump, but think he may actually do less harm than Clinton.
  3. Would have been better if those pic's had not been taken, or at least not posted on the web for all time, Oh dear
  4. Indeed
  5. For damage of the scale you mention in most cases the cost would be covered by the client simply withholding part or all payment. I think clients wish to see insurance incase of a major incident such as a person injured, services damaged, etc.
  6. In the event of a mishap, when the contractor is sued by the client or their insurer, I would have thought they would be forced to make a claim.

    Tpo ruling

The original consent was obtained incorrectly, the 5 day rule is for safely works that require doing immediately. Someone has been extracting the urine:sneaky2: If the tree had failed injuring someone or damaging property, the owner would be 100% liable, you could not really have better evidence that a tree is unsafe than an agreed 5 day notice, IMO.
  8. Absolutely horrendous, my heart goes out to all those affected. There seem something strange about this:confused1: The truck was driving very slowly until the police opened fire and then it sped up and started swerving, strange:confused1:
  9. You need to move your knee way from the tree.
  10. Hehe, yes there were always a few of those regardless of the rates
  11. This
  12. Your missing my point, the saw allowance was tax free so the lads liked it, it did not reflect the true cost of buying and maintaining a saw, it was far too high, but it kept the lads happy and as the Co would have had to pay a higher basic wage without it, everybody wins (except the tax man)
  13. Do you really think their on the books staff would have worked for £5.50 per hour?
  14. Back in the day, 20 years or so ago, I when subbied to Fountain Floristry, I was on £7.50 per hour, their on the books staff were on about £5.50 per hour plus £1.10 per hour saw allowance, if my memory serves.
  15. Sounds like the making of an excellent compost heap
  16. What is this "waste"people speak of??? Woodchip and logs are both excellent products that can be put to all manner of uses
  17. The accountant should be liable for any penalties and interest, but you will have to pay any VAT due, just as you will entitled to any refund.
  18. All servicing is done without lifting the body, its replacing parts where it needs lifting, turbo, alternator, etc, etc.
  19. Unless its got a bit of age about it and the bolts don't want to come out and then there are all the elderly electrical connections that start playing up.
  20. There has always been loads of processors on ebay. There are loads of cars on ebay too, are people giving up driving?
  21. Buy a tow bar too…
  22. I'm good thanks……
