1.
I wish it was a steel drum..save me a few quid! its a westfire uniq 21 woodburning stove

2. Wow that is some haul...I just hope the people who did it meet with some agonising lingering tortuous death, preferably involving the machinery they've just nicked !
3. I had the same problem with my RG13 grinder and Husky wanted a small fortune as usual. Take them to your nearest bearings/engineering dealer they will measure them up and know exactly what you want.
4. Arborisk were cheaper than trust so when I decided to cancel my policy with them at renewal the guy at trust almost had a fit ! Totally unprofessional , though after finishing his rant and raving how great trust were he finally calmed down and matched the quote which I foolishly accepted in hindsight.
5. Don't know if you could transfer a fastco qualification to get on an nptc refresher course? When I did a fastco felling course mid ninetys it was more comprehensive than the nptc's i.e their basic felling ticket was equal to cs 30,31,32. about FASTCo
6. Google chrome is just another web browser ! If you google "chrome" you'll find it always handy to have a few diffrent browsers ! and google chrome is faster than explorer or firefox though abit more basic.
7. Switched to google chrome and dont have any problems !
8. I used these references when the valves on my 4mix went completely out of adjustment. http://www.cdcstihl.net/techtips/tips_v1n2_sm07.pdf http://golftechs.us/Reference/4.pdf
9. Fantastic ! Reminds me of the Grand Designs episode where some guy built his house out of the woodland he owned and worked. I'm half expecting Kevin McCloud to make an appearance.. Keep up the good work !
10. 9 active users and 23 people visited the forum today.. How times have changed ! 2/10/2007 Arbtalk, discussion forum for arborists - Powered by vBulletin
11. Proclimber forum was 2003-07 until it all went abit sour Proclimber
12. The teeth are in a staggered formation and the furthest tips of each individual cutter is exactly the same distance from the pocket as all the other cutters thats the way ive sharpened them for 7 years !...not had any complaints yet
13. I dont even bother to take mine off the machine .. 8 teeth sharpened in a few minutes. Just have to be sure all the teeth stick out equal distances.
14. Hmmm been there a few years back...i remember the panic only too well http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/maintenance-help/118-rounded-torx-chipper-bolts.html
15. I can understand the cleaner burn produced from aspen...but I like choice and wouldn't want it to be part of some mandatory requirement if your climbing or ground working for that reason. Are you campaigning/lobbying to make it a PPE requirement?
16. Think i should become a private investigator
17. The guy seems to be a developer / builder ...obviously down on his luck judging by his website Colin Hussey - Your Local Peterborough Builder Of course this might not be him and the name and postcode is purely coincidental and not associated with the ebay account holder ..so we should'nt pre-judge anyone
18. Stovesonline do a comprehensive overview to what the regs require. They also link to the part J building regs document. Stove building regulations, UK stove building regs I'm installling my own freestanding westfire stove using twinwall pipe and lining my chimney - going through building control.
19. No link ...but this is it [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxIzLgN6rGs&feature=related]Crazy Russian Kids Playing On 1000 Foot High Tower - YouTube[/ame]
20. I'd defiantly install a carbon monoxide alarm - its mandatory now under building regs. Even if you dont go through BC you don't wanna be gassed in your sleep!
21. Many Stihl and husky dealers a cannot compete with the established larger outlets because they are most likely on a different pricing structure on what they can buy machines in at. Shops will get a better price spending say £40000 and being tied into a deal, rather than ordering the odd saw here and there.
22. Knowing the Latin names is a good thing especially when a client starts spouting off all the species and you have no idea what their referring to. A superb little book is Plant Names Simplified "Their pronunciation derivation and meaning" A.T.Johnson and H.A.Smith For everyone else there's Bill Hicks.... Fuel can

I find the husky cans are the same as their kit bags ...cheap and nasty build quality with poor fitting spouts and anti spill spouts which jamb and knacker too easily. The stihl petrol spout lasts abit longer..and it fits on the oregon can - but dont buy the flimsy standard one go for the heavy duty one, its bomb proof.
24. The whole swaying thing after climbing I think happens to alot of people though the more climbing people do the less they notice it. I use to take travel sickness pills at night cause it was sooo bad when I first started climbing. Now i barely notice anything unless im spiking on a thin stem and its windy! As for the falling sensation when you drop off thats called a hypnic jerk - a type of myoclonic jerk and is quite normal. The only reason I know that is cause it was on QI when brain of britain Stephen Fry said people in white coat believe it stems from long ago in our evolution when we were tree dwelling and the falling sensations which makes us jump as we nod off was a reflex action causing us to wake up and not plummet to the ground.
25. what about autotrader ?..there's nearly 1000 tippers on there at the moment, if you dont find one there you never will ! Used Vans, New Vans, Van Loans, Van Insurance | Van Trader UK
