  5. i just think its funny that you would have so little regard for anothers equipment, but you will carry a brush to avoid contamination of fuel and oil on a saw
  6. but you will force maximum capacity timber through a PTO chipper for a laugh?
  7. vest or tshirt, sometimes a base layer under a tshirt in the winter but not often. have a berghaus microfleece and a marmot softshell if its cold in the morning or gets chilly during the day.

  12. ive considered the grapple, but apart from being able to drag brash out i cant really see the advantage of it over a set of pallet forks. plus they are quite expensive i think

  14. removed a conny hedge yesterday and ground the stumps. back today with a small machine and replanted with Grisillinia. tricky working around fencing contractors but the timescale for the works was tight. people are stoked with the end result. back in a couple of weeks to crown reduce a maccy

  16. speak to cliff at boxer uk 07917106153 mate. hes pretty helpfull. he may know of a used machine for sale, they are around, i got mmine for 10k inc vat with 300 hours on it a couple of buckets, grab bucket, pallet forks and log splitter

  18. the kanga has a real poor lifting capacity mate. my boxer 427 lifts about 750kg and still doesnt feel enough
  19. its the attacking pack mentality simon hasnt posted for a while, and one of his first posts back gets ripped to bits, im not surprised he didnt want to explain, as im sure it would have led to more negative posts stop looking for an argument
  20. i find it saddening that 1/3rd of the posts were negative. im sure jealousy plays are large part in it.

  24. 50m and just leave what you don't need in the bag, I like a long rope so I can redirect my system when I've finished working 1 side of the tree without having to climb all the way up to my tie in point
  25. ive been using the Teufelberger Patron Tree Access Rope it seems ok to me and is cheaper than the Teufelberger Globe 5000 for the footlocking and srt i do its just fine
