Am I right in thinking there’s a rope from the pop to the van with the intention of pulling it over? 

 

If so why not spike the thing and drop it in sections?

Genuinely interested in what @AA Teccie (Paul) 's thoughts are on the case now it's over? Does this affect the aa credentials of the company? Or the inspection intervals?

seems like e HSE found a catalogue of errors rather than misfortune
