My wife is a social worker and she has 30 cases when she should only have 12. She works in child services as well. Its easy to blame social workers but they are short staffed and underfunded.

seeing as the OP has curated one of the most popular threads in the Lounge, I suggest he is made a moderator, so he has the power to  quickly go through and delete at will, like pruning out the wild type mutations on a variegated tree or shrub
