don't know about the French tv but the reports on uk tv seem to come from a hotel balcony and Witter on for about 10 minutes that could be said in 2 and there is the tear jerker bit with it as well

Perhaps they can justify a bigger war if he's done worse stuff.

It’s an obvious next step in building the “bogey man” persona. 
 

Regardless of whatever justification Putin may present - the actions he has directed are likely to qualify under existing international law of armed conflict as war crimes. 
 

If / once they have got that ‘label’ attached to him it adds legitimacy to subsequent suppression - unless he:

They’re sold out here in Norway. At least I’m certain areas. There’s reports that people are even buying the wrong kind.
