SPAM. Stir fried with a variety of vegetables. Actually quite tasty. It's the only way I've found to make it palatable. She keeps buying it occasionally for some reason. (I've even tried telling her what's likely to be in there, and not in there. To no avail.)

 

Any ideas as to what else to do with the stuff?

I wouldn’t say I feel smug, but I am a little smug.  No Turkey in this house, only cooking for six, so we always have duck.  In the oven at 11am, ready for twoish.  So easy, much tastier than Turkey, and all eaten today.  Bones on wood burner this eve.
