Putting a branch into the chipper then watching it go right through before turning to pick up the next one.

 

Walking across the lawn when the footpath is close by.

 

Why, no matter how carefully the groundie places the ladder, does the climber ALWAYS have to move it - then often back to where the groundie put it in the first place.

 

Use the 'good' rake on concrete rather than the 'sacrificial' crappy one.

 

Not putting the truck keys in the agreed place (garden table/window sill/wall/whatever) so we all have to play Where's the precious?

And then turning it off from full revs...

 

That's been annoying me lately. I'd have thought chippers should be run on tickover for at least 10 or 20 seconds before switching off.... to cool down at least a little bit. What's the general advice on that?

 

The other thing that gets my goat is when the whole crew pee in my helmet and I put it on without realising. :001_huh:

no one has come up with a contrary point of view in 38 minutes, so you have conclusively hit the nail on the head.

 

What about when the passenger gets out to open the gate and slams the door

When you are at the chipper and someone is coming towards you dragging branches...instead of putting them into the chipper or passing them over to you .....they drop the bundle at your feet???? Aaarrrrrrgghhhh!!!!!!! That really grinds my gears....
