Yup! Started using one of them early last year. Buy oil in 25ltrs now. No spilling and easy to fill those machines in hard to get places!

I'm in NZ but most car/engineering places sell them as mechanics use them for servicing vehicles

Looks like an Oil Safe pump. They are excellent, but of course the price reflects this. Yours for just £75. Plus you'll need the jug and a lid.

Nah mine was cheap, probably around £25. Can't find anything exactly the same in the UK but this looks similar

Retractable air line in Aldi at the moment , its the soft stuff that stays pliable when cold. Got one for the chainsaw shed for blowing out the saws, £20

I will take some snaps of my chainsaw holding device, its a gem for working on saws.

Its been in hibernation so I dug it out today ( feck loads of saw maintainence to do ) , cleaned it up,made it look prety and bolted it back on the bench . Very easy to make from a lump of 1"1/4 waterpipe, short piece of 35mm solid rod , some 50x10mm flate plate, and a 16 mm bolt.

 

The adapters bolt on where the bar would go so you will need to make a few different ones to suit, I stamp them up so I know what they fit. You also need to trim them down as much as possible to to give you access to the clutch/brake etc. Its much easier than chasing a saw around a bench, most jobs can be done without removing it from the fixture. Makes this work so much easier
