Essentially I'm looking to possibly go back in the firewood trade along other things, my father done it and earnt a living off it so did my grandfather. My father packed it in when I was too young to join him but we kept all the gear, nothing fancy but got the job done. Now the issue is alot of houses around me are going electric heating route and having fireplaces ripped out (especially the council houses as thats what happened to us) would you say its worth doing or no? Obviously competing against the lads that kept going would be a challenge but I would be hoping that my last name might bring a few customers because of the good name my father had then hopefully build from there. Another issue is I dont have a kiln is it really that important or have people decided not to think for themselves when judging if a log is too wet to burn now as we never had issues with it before. Sorry for the long post and thanks to anyone that answers. I think I already know what the answer will be.

How much ?!? Heres the requirement from manual, API SJ or better, 5w30. Now in my opinion, its better to change more freqently than to spend on "better" quality or branding. Filters too. This is good stuff, similar price, for 20 litres. I use it in my car and motorbikes. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01KS615S6 However it was Β£28 for 20 litres when i got it. Sometimes there are offers on amazon or ebay.

I figured the oiler would be totally sealed from the fuel, are you saying this isn't so?

Brilliant, just spat me beer out! -
Where is this tank actually leaking? You need to very careful putting sealant in the tank, the manual oil pump plunger and cylinder runs through the fuel tank and into the oil tank, on the bottom is a rubber seal to stop fuel leaking into the oil tank and visa ersatz, you could end up blocking the manual.

Evening all I'm looking to invest in a decent long-reach hedge cutter to try and tame some of our larger hedges - our trusty old HS45 is simply not up to the job as some of them have been left for 12 years or more and are over 6m high in places. Thus far it has taken me the best part of a week to clear about 20m of ponticum using the 45, loppers and various tripod ladders and scaffolding. I was initially looking at the larger long-reach cutters such as the Stihl Kombi 131 but have had the Echo HCA-2620ES-HD recommended to me by a local contractor. Not only is it cheaper but (a) it can come as a similar combi-unit and (b) the 5-year domestic warranty suggests they have confidence in their build quality - the engines are still made in Japan for example. Does anyone have experience of the Echo cutters - good or bad please? Thanks
