Then take the homeless away from any support mechanisms that they might have - any family, known safe places, hostels, religion. Yup, compassion in the highest order. Something absent from my engine are the guides to show top dead centre so I'm having to guess it from the valve rocker position. I guess that's the reason adjustments are not working out...

And I guess that the inference when talking about todays news story, the homeless is that ONLY the homeless kill people. Not so.
