Our facility offers ample tipping capacity, ensuring an extremely quick and efficient turnaround for all vehicles — ideal when time is of the essence. We operate with staff on site 24/7, providing continuous support and oversight to keep operations running smoothly at all times. Standard tipping hours are 07:00 – 17:00, however tipping outside these hours is absolutely fine. We simply ask that you notify us in advance so we can prepare the site and ensure immediate access on your arrival. We pride ourselves on speed, flexibility, and reliability, making your tipping experience as fast and straightforward as possible. Phone signal can sometimes be challenging so if no answer and text is good.

I'd be very interested to hear how you get on, we could look to do something similar at home.

Looks to me that the valve are not very well seated, so will have a look and possibly clean it up before reassembly.

Well, I have just placed an order for Starlink for my business site. Grand total cost £19 for all the kit (special offer right now I believe) and £35 per month for unlimited data at a max speed of 100MBS. I never own the kit so if I want to switch it off I have to send it back. No minimum contract. Realistically I have not yet heard a bad report on its performance even in this immediate area so I doubt I will send it back. Only trouble I had is that my existing connection is so slow the Starlink website struggled to even load. Got there in the end though. I went for the domestic package even though it is for my work site - the difference seems unimportant to my needs. And apparently when it arrives I just pop it on a roof or a pole and plug it in to the mains and the supplied router. Hopefully then once I have used this for a few months and am happy it is reliable I will transfer my landline number to it with a separate provider which will cost me about £10 per month. Incredible. £45 per month for landline and fast broadband and loads of calls (for an extra £5 per month I could make this unlimited including international). I will report back here how it actually pans out.

The taper lock pulleys I had to deal with had 4 holes but the thread was in halves, i.e you could use the half thread in a hole to either force the inner from the outer or to screw the inner into the outer, depending on which pair was used.

My old boss had a land rover fc with a Leyland 498 engine it bent a push rod once never knew what caused it, he spoke to a farmer. / engineer how ran Leyland tractors, he said he had a couple of engines that had done it and never found out why.

I almost did’t post the result for the shame I have brought on my family name. Rough with the smooth and all that!

Dont say that! Im having trouble with the grub screws on the large pulley; not sure whats the right way. theres four holes; and both pulleys only line up one way to get all four lined up. two holes on outer pulley have threads and on centre taper only one hole has threads. I can see two holes are to tighten both pulling taper in; but my question is how many grub screws should I use i take it to only use the hole with both threads to hold in place but do I leave other grubs in place or one or none? I’ll try take photos to explain.

Googly eyes are brilliant. My uni had a mock courtroom. [Someone] put googly eyes on the lion on the royal crest on the wall behind the judge. It presided over a lot of cases. Loads of my classmates have LinkedIn profile photos in front of it. A mate was back at the uni the other day. They’re still there, a decade on. Nobody’s noticed. One of several things I occasionally wake up laughing about.

Good morning Arbtalkers and happy Friday 😊

Oh don’t get me wrong, it’s bloody brilliant! Very impressive low footprint on wet grass. The bounce isn’t noticeable, but it is more twitchy on the loading ramps.

That just needs some flames on the sides, and it will be perfect. Go on you know you want to 😍

I did the same Dan, then they tried to charge me extra when my Transit needed recovering, even though they’d bloody bought it for me! It took a big row with them to get it sorted.

Morning all, Odds and ends today. Collecting lowering gear from Loler inspection, couple of quotes, trying to get the older Echo 2511tes running properly. I don’t envy any of you with lots of driving on a daily basis, sounds a real pain.
