  1. Did my test in a two week block with Thomas Hardies at Liverpool, (shut now) did my test round kirby and east lancs (rat race, scary!) no regrets though, string to my bow and all that.
  2. Yep! 16yr old KIDS in big rigs (and i’m going to swear now) is FUCKING scary!!! Should have something written in to laws and tests by now.
  3. Justme beat me to it and dito’d my thoughts [emoji849][emoji106]? go for it J, you’ve got it all then [emoji106]
  4. No, be c1 first, then c1+e i think, but can do all in a combined training/test block over a fortnight i thing, justme will prob clarify [emoji106]
  5. J just do your class 1, covers all your bases and needs. Your a man to push boundaries and create opportunities for yourself, can see that from all your threads. You’ll make use of it for defo [emoji106]
  6. Just double check its right, i just went on your description above of 550/555/560, i’m not familiar with husky’s [emoji106]
  7. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F323688676432
  8. It is a thought i’ve pondered on for a while, dont suppose he offered you a rough price did he? We have a engineering place we use at work for cylinder head work, valves, boring out and re-sleeving etc, wondered about asking their thoughts. What are your thoughts on saws that are used for milling, do you think they suffer from oil starvation regards the bearings due to the saw permanently being on its side?
  9. Yeah its horrendous up in our quarry, turns to almost like a slurry, then when it dries out its like a ultra fine sand/dust, bloody horrible when it gets in ur eyes, overalls, jackets etc! I’d av to be paid seriously well to be out on my back doing that shite! Its bad enough we go crawling under trailers in rain sorting air leaks and strapping axles up for broken springs etc.
  10. Thats shite Conor! Just what ya need eh, and if you’ve had to sort it out in this shitty weather then i sympathise! Been stuck out in it all this morning, freezing cold and proper piss wet through, squelching more than an otters pocket during a hardcore session!!! [emoji27]?
  11. Ignorance will play a big part as most will take the path of “wont happen in my lifetime” and so less effort will be made!
  12. Spud, got an 044 with a big end gone. Have you ever sent your cranks away for a repair / replacement on the big end (and possibly con rod if its been affected) or do you just render them scrap?
  13. Just run that by me again? [emoji848]
  14. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] shouldnt laugh but thats great, its one of those moments ‘its so fucking shite that its so fucking good!’ ? hope you get it sorted sharpish! [emoji106] No joy on your MOG Conor from my minion [emoji30] he said they’re pretty bomb proof, theyre renowned for using a bit of oil but not mega amounts. Only thing he did say was the later engine om366 had a recall for running on wrong spec of oil and it caused em to glaze the bores resulting in oil use, smoking, etc. What variant is yours? 352_? Is it turbo’d? Original ones werent, lots got turbo conversions done, merc later released one as turbo’d variant 352a. Other than checking that gasket i mentioned for intake/valve train, then your gona be in to checking the engine internals and doing the obvious whilst its in bits.
  15. Ooooh! Go on! I love a bit of dogging!
  16. Makes a world of difference being painted up [emoji106]
  17. I’m not giving it up and you cant make me! [emoji51]
  18. Aint that bad is it? ?‍♂️
  19. You never been to Skegness?! ?
  20. I’m all for the boeuf ?
  21. Slightly long winded analogy of the scenario Vesp, but nail and head spring to mind.
  22. I’m in the good books of these scientists then, i had a chestnut tree grown from seed that we had no room for at home or at my dads etc, so planted it randomly in a field below work, just above the river behind a fence, so the sheep and cows couldn’t wreck my efforts! [emoji106]?
  23. I bet they’re cutting down more trees than what will actually be needed!

    Ticks away!

You’ll be getting him locked up encouraging your cross dressing ways [emoji39]
