  5. Just watched the channel 4 dispatches programme on HS2 rail link, titled “the great train robbery” They propose that the final bill cost will be £56billion pounds [emoji33][emoji33][emoji33] shit..... the bed!!! BUT according to the channel 4 programme, things are not all rosey in Londonville! What are peoples thoughts on it? Do we know just how far they have progressed with the line out of London yet? Will it benefit us all? Is it just going to accentuate that ever increasing scenario of the north / south divide? Should they tone it down and plough more money in to the northern lines to link the northern cities instead / first? [emoji848]
  6. @steve bullman, did i read in another thread previously? Did you not have a test play with the 500i a few months back?
  7. Anyone used or heard any issues reported with the TS500i or TS480i? Aside from it being a concrete saw, the engines are gona be the same and therefore would probably highlighted any potential issues?

  14. We used to go away with caravan and run on a 120amph leisure battery for just over 3 days, i wouldnt say we went easy on it either. My mate does these caravan rallies and can be away for a couple of weeks at a time. He bought a solar power kit that plugs in to the system and had a small storage capacitor built in to it to allow for usage whilst charging. Never went flat on him, obviously your only running a dvr unit coupled to some cameras, so not a major draw. We’d be using kettle on and off, tv, lights, shower, microwave etc. I’m no sparky by any means and couldnt describe to you in depth or the exact science of it all, but think it would be able to run your needs. Just a thought.
  15. Could you not use a mains set up but run through a 240v to 12v inverter, thats operated from a split charge system i.e solar panel with a deep cycle battery (leisure battery) and a small storage capacitor. Basically operating like a caravan user would.
  16. What type of wood do you use for those gates? How have you fastened them to the galv rails?
  17. He certainly is a, “one of a kind individual” [emoji16]
  18. Looks neat, is it for schools and such places?
  19. What type of wood is that then [emoji848][emoji6][emoji39]
  20. Show us the picture, ya know ya wana [emoji6]
  21. I’m 37 this time, early april to narrow it down and the mrs is 50 this time, early april too, 13yrs between us. Age is just a number as they say [emoji6][emoji39]
  22. Is that look to the sky because you only cut half the log on your back cut [emoji6]?
  23. Full air tool range at lidl at mo, compressor is £99 with 3yr warranty, and got loads of air tool options to buy, got small kit with blow gun and air coil with accessories for £9.99. I dont think you can go far wrong for what they are [emoji106]
  24. For simple tasks like that Rough, blowing an odd air/vacuum filter out or blowing dust off yourself, blowing a car tyre up etc then one of the lidl/aldi compressors would do ya.
