I think you're right. There was 2 bins out of 5 like that. We were clearing the site next door, came across needles etc!

Might not be in thebest part of town today
  3. I've killed one, reducing it. Think it was a relief to all involved.
  4. I have 3 phase, but not logosol mill, just alaskan. Not going to try rigging something up, for the amount I mill. Neighbours will just have to put up with the 660 running full tilt occasionally. I'm sure they hate me anyway!
  5. Are there any corded electric chainsaws capable of milling up to 20" planks. Would ripping chains and bars be an issue sourcing? Reason I'm asking. I occasionally take a stem from a job back to the yard and would like to reduce noise levels milling it.
  6. Saw it on the news when it initially happened. Not heard anything since. What was the cause?
  7. Answered no to the first question, 'have you heard of the green sector?', so all the other answers were guess work.
  8. If all you are after is a workhorse, transit tipper gets my vote. Cheap to fix and maintain, as reliable as most options. Get a fair amount in one. Personally, I'd go for a tool box. Tools in cab, always gassing off, hedgetrimmiers seem to be the worst culprit for that. Of course you might need seats for crew? And off road, (transits really don't like off roading) you'll need 4x4. But if you don't, it's an unnecessary expense, but if you can find a 3.5t 4x4 and can afford it, go for it
  9. Over 20 yrs since I've had a scheisling, but haven't they ģot a split shaft, with a cush drive. Could the problem be around that area?

    hi

    God loves a tryer
  11. Could you weld some stud iron onto the auger bit. Might just survive a one off job. I would imagine 1.5m drill bits would be very expensive
  12. I'm trying, but I can't think of anything worse!
  13. Strangely, I seem to make a better job when it's wet. Maybe I should've been a hairdresser!

    Pricing.

Phone or electric. Got to be worth adding another ton on

  16. A nice fell. Anyone looking from inside the house would have been getting twitchy though!
  17. He'll be doing something else in 12 months
  18. You're thinking of Liam Brady
  19. I'm glad you are aware of how it happened. I'm actually not, it fascinates me, how they got a whole country to go along with it. By the way, I was offering what I thought wasGL and eggs opinion. I might not be right
  20. Not when there's no need
  21. I think what eggs is saying and GL is the language being used is not dissimilar. 1930s Germany didn't wake up one morning and decide to exterminate the Jewish population. There was a campaign over many years to get the majority of the population to hate a sector. And only when they assessed they had the majority on their side, did they start to ramp things up
  22. So doesn't that show its the bbc that has the problem with free speech?
  23. He has a bbc contract. Again, I don't know if it was broken. Just highlighting the inconsistencies
  24. You're making my point for me now
