I think they do contain a toxin but a few raw don,t hurt,my dad used to put them in a hot pan with a bit of salt and pepper,tasty

I,ve used one,be ideal for what he wants. Is there a budget? Why not battery? Husqvarna 435(around £280) is a decent little saw but also the little Makita/Dolmar(just over £200) are very good saws
