Just a quick update to say barrow arrived first thing this morning about 8.15 on tail lift so obviously made my point with courier and they reacted so that's good. Barrow itself I'm really pleased with so far, it's well made and went together fairly easily though you will need a few spanners and allen keys. Filled it with oil and fuel pulled engine over slowly about 4 times then she fired up first pull. Clutch and track brakes work just fine. Obviously it's not designed as a professional tool but for intermittent use it looks as if it will be fine. Cost me under a grand. Will keep my eyes on track idler lubrication etc so thanks for the heads up Hairy. In fairness to AgriEuro their responses from Customer services can only be described as excellent, were responding well within 30 mins or so to emails and helpful in unlocking online access to Operating manual and spares list (paper copies are in the packaging). Spares list covers everything on the barrow which is great. Shame they cocked despatch up but they have certainly responded positively since.

After it's been on the fire it will be 100% Ash. LOL. Ash to start with as well.

Containers I think, Roro seems ok. Actually when it finally got shipped ttook 3 days from Bologna to Northampton which is impressive. The problem was the delayed shipment then Northampton depot screwing it up. Hopefully I'll be a happy bunny on Monday.

No AgriEuro have admitted they were very slow to ship and delay was not acceptable. Compounded by British arm of Dachser who are the multinational couriers used by AgriEuro. They weren't slow in taking my money though. I just hope it's all OK when it finally arrives. Glad you had a good experience with them.

I wouldn't buy anything again from AgriEuro, have been waiting two weeks for delivery, tracking is a joke and Dacsher who they use are appalling. Supposed to have been delivered today lots of messing about whether it was on truck or not assured it was definitely on the lorry. Now find out was on lorry without tailift despite being requested all the way along. Claiming delivery refused due to no pump truck, nobody been near the place, no phone calls nothing. Complete waste of a day and loss of earnings.

Not a good idea to hit a hardened metal axe with a hardened metal hammer as the metal can fragment and fly off and cause injury. Metal chisels have taper up to striking face to stop this happening as do those grenade wedges.

Kriss is right by applying power the caravan will be pulled into line, braking with the caravan snaking results in force being applied to towcar out of line hence creating a torque or side load pushing towcar offline which then pitches caravan other way and so on. Main problem here though was excess speed as soon as it started snaking he had no time to do anything or as others have said he was a twat! See it all the time caravans being towed at high speed some of them probably doing 80.

Has it got the tool less tensioner? My 450e has a habit of throwing chains unless you keep checking tension especially on new chains which will stretch anyway.

Had a delayed delivery from Hermes, was container of gear oil which courier returned to depot resent out wrapped in plastic bag with additional delivery note stating basically as Hermes had accepted it courier had to deliver it. May be useful to you.
