  1. Her mother and sister have just been on Sky news saying she is innocent and only told the lies she did including being trafficed abroad because nobody was listening to her.
  2. The portal website is saying all funding used for courses up to 31st march 24 but you can apply for courses from 1st April 2024.
  3. News to me never heard a squeak about it and I've been in regular contact with my Forestry Officer lately regarding Management Plan/Felling Licence and Countryside Stewardship.
  4. Now raining heavily.
  5. 2-3" snow here and still coming down heavily.
  6. You need permission from your neighbour or you are trespassing. If you can't get it then you would have to use Access to Neighbouring Land Act 1992. Simply this.
  7. I bought a 251 to replace my 450e. It sits in the shed, never have liked it, and I still use the Husky - just feels right and does most of what I need.
  8. My detached non-heated garage has double glazing as it was way cheaper than trying to put single glazed frames in.
  9. I think you could lose the will to live bringing all those teeth back to the same length plus a box or two of files. Buy a cheap chain off ebay or whatever if you just want to try it out
  10. If he is careful you'll get killed in the rush!
  11. Had mine since new in 2009, nearly 200k on it now and still good. Picked up a jumbo bag of MOT at local supplier recently and a builder with transit dropside couldn't believe it carried it so well, don't really know you've got it on.

    Sheep

This in a nutshell. Had about 30 ewes some years ago, started of with a couple of orphan lambs. Lovely to be in the lambing shed late at night with soft rustle of hay and little murmurings from lambs. Not so good beiing in Oz when foot and mouth broke out, all pregnant ewes on home paddock, 2 acres, for a couple of weeks which turned into 6 months with nearly 60 lambs then joining the flock. Nightmare, local Lidl were brilliant used to save all their unsold bread and veggies for us which helped us with feeding no end. Happy days
  13. Especially after another quake there today.
  14. The grammar nazi in me would suggest you may have a little spelling issue.😃 No points for the correct spelling or edit.
  15. Very much the same here in East Northants, generally wildlife at very low levels compared to previous years. Foxes, badgers, hares and rabbits fairly scarce except for the fox we feed every night - hoping he'll leave hens in peace! Very little roadkill to be seen these days which is nice in one way but not so for others. Muntjac doig okay. Come to think of it rats haven't been a problem aroung hen houses this winter.
  16. Brushcutter with mulching blade for me too.

    Stunt fell

Nearly flattened a woman walking in our wood with her dog as I rounded a ride corner in the tractor, leyland so brakes virtually non-existent (they were crap on leyland's from new). Fortunately missed her. She had walked past all warning notices and then insisted she was on a footpath and proceeded to angrily show me where she was on her phone, sadly for her she wasn't even in the right wood, the one she thought she was in is two miles away. She did have the grace to look embarrassed and apologise.
  18. Out of interest looked at find a tip site in Telford and there are loads of them so just a matter of luck that someone zooms in enough to see yours is a paying site and they're near enough. Lots of demand for arb waste etc.
  19. I tried the likes of LibreCad when applying for an access to our wood but it didn't work as expected so went for Qcad which you can get a trial version of to see how it goes. I found it very good and simple to use so bought it, only about £50 and tax deductible.
  20. Upset anyone lately? We had someone stirring it about our property in our wood which is partially built with planning permission and building control all in place. Enforcement Officer still had to come out and have a look to answer complaint, all happy and never heard any more.
  21. OP actually said: so i need to get the whole road length that i am working on sectioned off or can i use 2 guys with stop go boards, So was asking an either/or question.
  22. Bit longer than that.
  23. It's not about what you want it's what they make you think you want or you can only get the bits you really want and need if you pay for those you don't at exorbitant prices.
  24. I've got the Einhell 36v and it works very well for me as an emergency saw if a tree drops across one of the rides or I'm doing some coppice type stuff. Would not recommend it as a firewood saw but it's great for tucking behind the pickup seat for that odd job, saves carting a petrol saw and fuel.
