Tried making this last night, 1 kilo trimmed lean silverside Soy sauce Salt Pepper Chilli flakes And half a pot of piri piri seasoning Cut thin beef, marinate in sauce, Dry in fan oven for 5-8 hours. After 2 hours I had to try it... Tasted like salt and herbs. Foul. Realised I hadn't washed the marinade off. Back to the sink... 4 hours later... Oh yummy [emoji106][emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]

  17. Keep away from the elements asap. Sycamore is susceptible to water staining. And fresh pva is water soluble be warned! I've made both these mistakes. [emoji3][emoji106]
  18. I've never tested it personally, but i know I guy in Brighton who sells the old pilings(green heart and Purple Heart). He warned me I'd need a full suit and decent respirator if cutting or sanding.
