    Lock Down?

unless I catch it then im carrying on as normal grafting and going for a pint if the pub is open. Sooner we all catch it and get immune the sooner this nonsense can stop. Fair enough the coffin dodgers need to self isolate if they choose.
  2. can get a crane and driver for 2 weeks for that!
  3. Less than £200 a week to hire ? Thats mad cheap.
  4. the communist method, because of course it works so well in Venezuela. If house prices plummet then pretty much everyone who bought a house in last 20 years is immediately into negative equity. May as well hand the keys back and pop there goes the banking sector again. With banks not lending who is going to build the homes ? Oh thats right no-one so the property shortage would get massively worse. Trouble with dunces like this is they have the vote.
  5. if it pays for itself buy 2!
  6. ive got a set of original muck loading truck ramps if anyone is looking.
  7. sheds are permitted development
  8. if only it happened...
  9. Small Business Accounting Software & Bookkeeping | Clear Books WWW.CLEARBOOKS.CO.UK Making Tax Digital compatible accounting software for small businesses and accountants in the UK. Take a 30 day free...
  10. normal 6ft fence with a gravelboard etc.
  11. So whats the rates out there at the moment ?
  12. something needs to be done about these scum, if Plod has given up then other measures will be taken. People have had enough
  13. doesnt apply you have been asked to quote, its different.
  14. fortunately i dont work for joe public, if I did I'd have a card machine in the van.
  15. how you pay your subbies is upto you. You dont have to stop your subbie CIS as your not a CIS Main Contractor.
  16. who is the main contractor paying you or your subbie ? Whoever they pay gets CIS stopped.
  17. are you crackers? Why are you banking cash ? You may as well ring up HMRC and tell them youve dropped your pants and are ready to be mounted. Grow a pair and take the mrs away on it.
  18. not quite, zero emissions vehicles will way 1% 21/2 and 2% 22/3. No figures past this but its going to go up.
  19. You basically are going to pay a shit load of tax, you pay a % of the cars list price when new, this % is determined by the fuel/engine. Then you pay either 20% or 40% of the above figure depending on how much you earn. To give you an example, a shitty little 1 series 1.6 diesel costing £28k would see you paying £1400 year @ 20% and £2800 @40% There are easier ways to extract the cash out the company.
  20. Heat Pumps cant be beaten really they have a CoP of nearly 5, that means for every £1 of electric you put in you get £5 of heat out.
  21. best stick to the sheds then lads. Jackanory nonsense
  22. yeah one. they sold thousands. If you think a shed is better than a disco then there is no helping you. Probably drive a chav wagon.
  23. no they dont you only read about the bad ones. Not really a fair comparison a disco or a shed on wheels amazon.
  24. dont listen to the bollox spouted by people who have a 'mate' whos had one, they probably cant afford one and drive a rusted old knacker. Had 3, nothing other than the normal wear and tear stuff you get with any motor. Nothing out there has the power or comfort of a disco 3/4. The commercials are good value and pretty easy to put seats in the back. Last one I sold at 140k to move back into a defender before they stopped making them.
  25. decision has already been made the lice fee is going. It will be a voluntary netflix style model in my opinion. They will have to shrink as obviously all the feckless will immediately stop paying as no court action and a high percentage of everyone else (me included) would only pay a small fee for radio only, couple quid a month maybe. Maybe we could offload it to our jock friends once they go independant ? Couple tame haggis and a fivers worth of jockish francs.
