  1. council own the property, I sub contract for a property maintenance company, i fell the trees to make way for fence build, when paid i am cis deducted, and sub out the woodchipping , which i believe is cis exempt?
  2. I am being deducted CIS for my tree work on paticular sites, I sub out the woodchipping aspect of the job, is this then CIS applicable, any thoughts gents?
