  1. Heres how I see things, put aside what these people represent for a moment.. and think controversial protest march.. pick any group you can think of.. As far as I can see whoever it is. has a right to march in defense of what they believe in.. be they far right or far left..and yes, even counter protesters have a right to show up and march to show their contempt for one side or the other... What happens if the marchers are from the right, is inevitably the left wing decide marching ain't enough and they go there to provoke violence. think Anti-far and their ilk.. These scum are the real perpetrators of violence if your asking me, I came across a case a few years back were someone from the BNP had flipped sides and as he gave his reasons why in an interview, you could see it written all over his face he did it to get more action... the left love violence as long as they're on the winning side.. And all the time, the mainstream media refuse to point out the hypocrisy of the situation, mostly because the media has a lot of sympathy for the actions of the left.. Robert Spencer was sucker punched live on air a while back, most commentators thought it was funny, they thought he deserved it. as a socialist myself with far right sympathies.. ie, my concern over immigration, I wonder if I aught be laughing at some on the left getting a kicking the other day.. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander as the saying goes..
  2. Oh I see, thats what he was getting at was it!!!.. Well if thats the case he only has to look on my profile to find my real name, if its still there that is.. As to using a pseudonym, I always thought it went without question that people used them on the net, plus its sort of fun having one as far as I can see..
  3. Err, not sure what your gettin at!!!..
  4. Its an observation from my point of view... People have strong feelings in regards general Lee of the Southern States.. what muppet thinks its a good idea to hide history on account it, "might be offensive to some"?. Hows about the cowards of the left take into consideration the feeling of people other than minorities, who, by the way, more than likely don't give a monkeys about a statue of General lee?.. These idiots go looking for perceived offence that they can virtue signal to their brothers in arms on the left... Thats what its really about, increasing the credentials of cowards in office to show how tolerant they are to their brethrin on the left.. They can't seem to manage tolerance to others mind.. if en if they're white people being offended that is... bunch of treacherous cowards that they are.. And why I'm about it, did you post up anything in regards the scumbag grooming gangs in Newcastle?. or are you only interested if offence is committed by white nationalists?... I mean, we wouldn't want to embarrass the Muslim community would we?. we can't have that can we?.. Mustn't hurt their feeling by lumping the lot of em in with the scumbag groomers, and yet here you are suggesting that every single person from the nationalists movement in Charlottesviille is a racist Nazi ape.. what if those marching represent the feeling of a great number of ordinary american citizens and only a few of those marching are from the extreme right...
  5. Was he? all I know is the people of the South like the fella.. much as we do Oliver Cromwell..
  6. Yea, thats exactly what I feel about the cowards in office in Chancellorsville. instead of telling the "looking to be offended" scum of the PC left to go jump off a bridge, they pander to their sense of grievance by demanding the removal of a great american generals statue.. A statue of General Lee at that. even I have a sneaking admiration of the fellow.. What a bunch of low life cowards... well now that cowardice has just come back to bite them in the arse.. serves em right..
  7. The low life "New Cultural Nazi's" provoking patriots into action... The real scum in all this are the pandering cowards of the left looking to be offended because?, thats the scum that thay are. What kind of scumbag thinks a statue of General Lee, (an american hero) might be the subject of offence?.. only the cowards and traitors of the left could imagine this thing, and only they could unwittingly provoke the reaction we have seen in Chancellorsville..
  8. I did a job for an old lady I know down the street, dig up a small lawn 12ft by 12ft and relay it... I said I'd do her a favour an do it for fifty quid plus, she had to pay costs... after faffing around all day, (can you do this why your here sort of thing), I asked her for the money, fifty for the labour and 40 for the turf and soil... you said you'd do it for fifty quid she said... after explaining what I really said she paid up.. her sons and daughters used to give me daggers for months afterwards thinkin I'd ripped her off...
  9. I've come across this sort of thing in the past. Some gypsies I knew had a couple of lads on hand who used to work for drinks. last I heard the lads had moved onto their site.. the trouble is, the lads in question seemed to like the situation, I never heard em complain about anything other than when they were gettin their next drink.. thats the problem with these cases, for the most part the victims don't understand they're being abused, or do but don't mind..
  10. I'll second this post.. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to replace the simplicity of navigation from the old forum to the painful experience it has become today.. We're told that in time people will get used to the new layout, the new navigation, I doubt it, I see it as a dangerous turn of events.. its gone from a simple click of the mouse to see what forums were current on the day, to having to navigate through treacle to get the same results today.. people don't look forward to driving in the fog, they like a clear road... someone thought it a novel idea to introduce fog on a clear road.... it'll end in tears.. I'd recommend a contingency plan if traffic begins to fall away over the next few months, or weeks!!!... ether create a page similar to one we had before, or if thats not possible design a new forum with one that does... Since this new forum was launched I've been holding back on the subject, but its time I spoke out, I wanted to say something on the first day but didn't want to ruin the party atmosphere as people congratulated themselves on such a good job.. But its not been a good job, its been disaster as far as I can see..
  11. You'd be gettin one of these or a greenmech 100 or similar..
  12. err, thats a good idea. I never would of thought of that, I'd be that set on a solution involving chopping down the tree's it would of gone right over my head to just chop em off ether end and start again..
  13. Err got me fair an square Skyluck, none the less my bigger point is maybe some companies are raking it in due to the lower pound, meanwhile everyone else is losing out.. or put another way, we're paying the price with higher bills, why they, or some of em rake it in..
  14. British gas putting up prices by 12%, I dare say its nothing to do with the value of the pound falling, making imported gas more expensive.. thanks brexit!!!..
  15. I was beggining to lose the will to live LOL, but I found out, errm, just read Wes's post on how to get back to how it was before.. mouse over the forum icon and double click with the left mouse button, then click over the three line thingy at the top right of the page, to condense the pages into a nice neat line like it used to be... err sort of how it was before, not exactly the same on reflection LOL's
  16. Well I doubt this case had anything to do with costs.. still if we're talking about costs so what, its still part of any equation is it not.. would you spend ten million on a keeping a drunk alive only to have him drink himself to death as soon as he's out the hospital?.. George Best anyone.. Would you be willing to give 70% of your and everone else earning to keep more people alive that might otherwise die?. its all about balance, finding the right balance between what we are willing to give and what can be done with that money..
  17. I'm sure the hospital had the finest medical personal you can get your hands on, and I'm sure they understood the proper level of care required, and when it was time to let go.. You can't keep postponing the inevitable by inviting every doctor to give an opinion on the subject.. parents have to face up to the inevitable and face the truth of a situation instead of attempting to put off the moment of truth.. I'm sure the parents after some reflection will admit they have made a mistake by dragging out this tragic incident that has befallen them..
  18. And, that is the point isn't it.. Parents find it difficult to make the right call, thats why Doctors have to nudge them with their medical advice.. thus freeing the parents of any associated guilt.
  19. This new format has its advantages thats for sure, but I did like the old way in you could see every thread on one page, you knew where you was.
  20. As an ethical dilemma, its up there with the best. But, is it wise to prolong the agony of a dying child because the parents can't face up to making a difficult decision?. I think not.
  21. Come on fella's, Matelot was a making a general observation, he wasn't making a personal point. My own opinion on the matter is professional's know better than most whats good practice and patients or their guardians aught to take heed of that advice.. I can't see the sense of making the life of a small poorly child the subject of a legal and media circus because the parents think they know best..
  22. Well done Tommy is all I can say.. I'm almost tempted to buy it to have a read of the thing, only I doubt he hasn't said anything I haven't said or figured out some years back..
  23. Thank god its back up an running,
  24. Very funny, I also do some tree jobs as when the mood suits.. I'm working on the right trailer to go with my TP100 woodchipper, though I can switch up to my Eliet pro if I've a mind too.. The right trailer seems to be as elusive as the right chipper truck combination though..
  25. I'm working on my set up as we speak.. been working on it for a year or two now.. when I'm happy with my set up I'll post a pick or two.. its a one man band, an I'll be keeping it compact...
