  1. You do realize it was the Tory scum under John Major who introduced it don't you Timon?...
  2. Thers nothin to be done, apart from hopin your arguments are better, and more people side with you.. I realize its tempting to want to go for direct action but you have to understand that your opponent then has the same option.. an eye for eye and soon the whole world will go blind..
  3. No idea what you said apart from using the C word.. but you have to ask yourself who's worse, someone who thinks somethin, or someone who wants to thump someone for thinking something?.. I mean, I agree with Matelots arguments for the most part, but don't mind you pointing out why he's wrong.. The last thing that ever crosses my mind is I should get round to thumping you for having those views.. If, you want to beat someone, do it with arguments, not threats of violence.. not that thats what you threatened but it wouldn't surprise me givin your track record...
  4. PFI is one of the worst idea's ever thought up... basically putting governments account into the private sector.. a way to hide government spending if you like... skew the data, hide the truth... bleat how you have brought spending under control... However that being said it is what it is, to late to bleat about it now.. though I'm sure if it was the Tories threatening to take back control of PFI accounts and renationize utilities, I dare say no one would give a monkeys, most would see it as a good idea... But its gonna cost, cost big, so big I think this will only ever be a promise to get on with, not a promise fulfilled.. The worry isn't what some in the Labour party are threatening to do, but that Labour in the not too distant future might gain power with Corbyn as its leader.. I can't think of anything worse at the moment than Corbyn being our Prime Minister, well. apart from May still being a Prime Minister in three years time... What the scum need is a stratagem to keep Corbyn out.. I have one, Groom a new Tory leader over the next year or so. Procrastinate on Brexit until it looks like a cliff edge is before our eyes.. Then tell the British electorate that such is the danger of Britain coming out of Europe at this present time that we're gonna have to concede defeat on the subject and postpone brexit until the next Parliament when it can be sorted out in good time.. hint, wink wink, never. This will assuage all those pro europeans who voted labour to get back at the Tory scum brexiteers, and stump Corbyn because he is the real danger in regards Europe.. He will get us out of Europe, all the better to get on with pouring billions of taxpayers money into subsidizing any one of his numerous pet projects.. So, in a nutshell, the Tory scum need to be the ones procrastinating on Brexit, forcing Corbyns hand to demand we leave... that will go down like a sack of shite with all his momentum lemmings.. The labour party will be in turmoil as they openly fight to be rid of Corbyn, giving the Tory scum the majority they thought the'd get last time round..
  5. The trimmer is an HS86R, in case it has bearin on matters.. Oh, thanks for the replies lads, I just felt I might end up havin to bin the damn thing.. but it seems the consensus is its repairable.. Lurkalot The engine runs fine, whats at issue is the star looking thingy coming out the engine part of the trimmer that rotates the gears on the head.. its not turning when the engine runs... I can hear somethin rattlin about when I start it up....
  6. Got a stilh hedgetrimmer a year or so back, only use it every now an then but Its not working properly... That is it starts an runs but the cutters don't engage.. took it apart today to see if I might find somethin obvious and the rotor that drives all the gubbins to move the blades ain't workin.. can I buy a part, is it worth gettin it fixed or is it fked?... I'm annoyed as I don't use it that often.. the damned thing wasn't cheap as well..
  7. Shut your cake hole Prentice, you damn moron... Now where was I!!!... Eggsarascal.. I was addressing the none-stop bitching of those tenants who are housed by the local authority, and who think its the duty of said authority to re-house them Without any concept of gratitude to that authority for housing em in the first place.. As to the fire, it spread due in large part to the whether conditions on the day, it was very hot from what I remember.. I dare say on a cold winters day the fire wouldn't of been anything like as severe.. Thus, the lesson to learned is to be extra vigilant for fire hazards when its unusually hot... it don't need a public inquiry for that to be realized..
  8. I don't know, why does it matter?.. I was listening to some fella on radio4 yesterday bleating that people who lived in the neighborhood of Greenfell tower wouldn't be invited to give evidence to the inquiry.. What he meant was "He" wasn't now likely to get his two minutes in the limelight.. what a scumbag... I'd like to know why theres an inquiry at all, it was a hot day, hotter than usual, a fire broke out and caused the deaths of a couple of dozen people.. so what, big deal.. whats to learn?.. tell the sun to cool down or have some heavy showers on hand.. If your asking me this greenfell tower fire is being used as a filler for quiet news days, just watch, every time nothins goin on, they'll have some crap about some nobody from Greenfell goin over how traumatic it was, or layin blame somewhere to someone or other.. And why I'm about it, I'm sick of people bleating that the local authority hasn't housed all the residents to their satisfaction yet, a full three months on.. Well, why not get their own houses, go out and buy one for themselves.. why not, because they can't afford to buy one, in which case they aught show more gratitude to those tryin to house them.. I'm almost tempted to suggest they throw em out on the streets and tell em to piss off and get their own accommodation..
  9. And to think I was warming to the fella, he's gone down faster than a lead balloon... Its bad enough I now find he's a practicing christian, but to add insult to injury, he puts dogma above the health of a woman.. He's just killed any chance of a political career as well, what a numpty..
  10. Abbey Green Bath.. took one minute to find out
  11. My world view is based on scientific research.. If research suggests a group to be more disposed to committing crime I want to know why.. research points in two directions, poverty, and culture.. My own theory is the cart is being put before the horse.. they have a crappy culture and, are poverty stricken on account of lower mental faculties.. Evidence suggests that the higher a persons IQ, the more successful they will be.. take gays, the highest IQ of any subgroup in society.. and the richest by far.. Look at Jews, as a subgroup a higher IQ than the general population, richer than the general population.. Turn the evidence around for the poor and see the correlation.. The poorer a population group, the lower IQ of that group.. However, I don't give a monkeys about the stats regrading a population and its IQ base, I care if those poor are likely to commit crimes.. Seems the evidence points in that direction... The answer isn't to blame poverty or crime on society, but for those populations to take a long hard look at themselves and ask themselves if crime pays.. In that regards we need harsher prison sentences, not PC left wing lies to excuse them from their behavior. It needs spelling out why they are likely to be criminals.. when they see that their disadvantages are to do with themselves, they might just change the way they go about their business.. When' and if these groups get their act together, then no ones gonna be bitching about them are they?... least not me..
  12. Hows about we start looking at facts instead of calling people racist when you have none...
  13. Yes you're right about people, just because they might be a bit thick don't make em bad.. but it does suggest they are more likely to commit crime.. as a group that is.. Most criminals in prison, who ever went to prison are as thick as shit...white or otherwise... my point being, that if we are gonna have mass immigration, we aught be careful where we get em from.. People bleat about European immigrants because they can get away with it, but what they don't understand is those are the immigrants we need if we need immigrants at all... we don't need idiots from the third world..
  14. Young offenders from ethnic minority backgrounds will become "the next generation" of adult criminals unless the justice system is reformed, says MP David Lammy. People from Black Asian and Minority ethnic (BAME) backgrounds make up 25% of the prison population and 41% of the youth justice system, despite these groups being 14% of the general population. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-41191311 Usually people will argue that poverty is the root cause of criminal behavior, and though that might be true, is there another deeper cause in regards these particular population groups.. Usually poverty in minority populations is blamed on social bias, not giving minorities the chance in life... But maybe not, maybe its just that theres a much higher ratio of dummies in these groups. Well I say maybe, I think the truth is its a fact, the statistics prove it.. Looked at in its proper context, these prison stats tell us that a far greater ratio of none Europeans are just so much dumber than our population.. Why import them, that being the case?..
  15. For MarkJ.. Seems I was right about about the far left being fascists.. apparently the FBI has classed Antifar as domestic terrorists, accusing them of being the instigators of violence at a number of events.. US security officials have classified the left-wing group Antifa as "domestic terrorists", confidential documents have revealed. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has reportedly been warning about the growing threat of violence between left-wing anarchists and right-wing nationalists since 2016, amid claims Antifa's activity has become more confrontational, according to documents seen by Politico. Seems its official, your side are now the official Nazi's of our day..
  16. Or we could just do nothing, thats always an option.. Let them have a bomb, after a while it'll dawn on them that having a bomb hasn't changed anything or ether will do. perhaps then they might just decide that the only change they're gonna get is one where people rise up and make a stand.. After the dust settles, we tell em they can access to every luxury in the world, only they have to get rid of their bombs to get access.. Its what I believe the Chinese mean by applying strategic patience..
  17. It might be at the extreme end of the spectrum, but still, Kim the dim has factions to assuage like any other leader.. Look at Teresa May at the minute. Doesn't know which way to turn to appease one side or the other... Only in Kims case the stakes are life and death.. if he rubs up the wrong people the wrong way, he's a dead man walking..
  18. Most political systems, no all political systems fear their electorate/population if they know whats good for em.. The fact that North Korea is communist is of no consequence.. The leader is beholden to those that surround him.. In Kim's case, he has a group of generals he needs to keep happy or else.. He might get rid of one or two here and there, but if he gets too ambitious they may just turn on him and make him disappear...
  19. Whats shocking isn't Wayne getting out the cash for a flash, but his wife putting up with the muppet.. has she no shame?.. As to the yes men, I wouldn't be so sure, history is full of leaders who were assassinated for getting in front of themselves.. only the odd loon makes it through to be honest.. its those you tend to hear about.. In the case of North Korea, I suspect Kim is a hostage to his generals ambitions, they want a workable nuke. Though they may want one, and may get one with a delivery system, the last thing they want is to end up dead on account of their leaders reckless behavior.. Believe you me, Kim Jong Un is more afraid of his generals than they are afraid of him..
  20. Indeed she is, the fourth one I believe... Going off Wayne's past record in regards the whores he keeps as company, I'd say it was a triumph of hope over experience in regards her putting it out for that useless potato faced lump, wouldn't you?... the mind boggles at one will do for money..
  21. Always glad to help WesD, I wouldn't want to think some people are digging out a survival bunker on account of a few scare stories in the paper.. If you want any other good advice you know who to ask.. I'm always here to help!!!!!!!.....
  22. I might ask the same question about Korea. its bin a slow news month, so the papers attempt to get a story out of North Korea, they've set off another rocket!!!!.. gee fkin wizz.. lets try to scare the mindless millions, we might get some traction if we add a measure of fear into the story.. North Korea, America ready to attack..... The newspapers are taking the piss out the intelligence of their readership if your asking me.. Even if Trump wanted to attack Korea, and he might want to.. His generals will tell him to do one.. I'm sure he's bin told as I'm sure he knows it to... Meanwhile Kim the dim knows only to well if he went to far, North Korea will be blown out of existence in four minutes flat, as I'm sure his generals know full well... Now, is Coleen gonna show some character and dump the ex Man U lump...
  23. Seems some are getting worked up for nothin if your asking me.. North Korea is a none event, no ones gonna be bombing them or they bombing anyone else.. its all huff and bluster.. At most I can see a blockade one day and thats about it... no ones gonna be killing millions on account of "what might happen one day, if if if if" ... Meanwhile, in the real world, the one thing getting on my goat is Coleen Rooney, is that girl ever gonna get a backbone or what?..
  24. being the hypochondriac that I am, I'm also worried that I've been bitten by a tick at some point.. Had one on me years back from a cow, though it was just crawling around the dirty little Bsrd.. I do get tired and lethargic every few days, perhaps like you I aught to check it out. I thought it was just age catching up but you never know..
  25. No, not surprised so much as amused when Ben Shapiro pointed it out on one of his vids, it was they way he put it more than what he said, anyways it just tickled me for a minute... He's a bright fella that one is.. you should find his channel and sub..
