Attack them now.Use woodworm killer,it comes in sprays. I had a major issue with woodworm when we moved into our home 10 years ago.We first noticed little holes in some of our laminate flooring and skirtings,we had no idea what they were at that piont so i was just using wood filler to fill the little holes. Couple of years later we were ripping up the laminate and discovered the carcases of litrally thousands of woodworm beetles,we had an infestation..they were in our skirtings door frames and even several of our joists. All had to be replaced as they were rendered unsafe by a surveyor.Luckily im handy and dome all the work myself. We still had some little pockets of woodworm here and there but we treated the wood with woodworm killer and thankfully we managed to catch them in time before a serious accident happened. I dont mean to scare you unnecessaerily but you may have deeper problems. Problem is its difficult to investigate how bad a problem you have without being distructive to your home.

Brambles will laugh at 2.4mm line.you can buy a product called oregon duo line.Its strim cord with a toughend core,it holds up well to brambles and such.

Seen summit lately about the haas on one of these threads sayin the stitching was coming off on the biner or footloop. Was it you rich..?

You can make one with a sling as a footloop,a petzl croll chest ascender and some bungee cord.

Thanks for quick replys guys,we have half a dozen whitebeam in our cemetry and 3 have been covered in ermine moth. Should the trees be removed or is it just the BTK bacterial spray to be used. Can anyone use the spray and how is it applied?

Wouldnt say hes a fool just because hes not earning mega dosh joe.The guy has a fantastic reputation,hes ticking over nicely with regular customers throws work my way now and again and can spend time with his young family. Seems like a great business model too me
