  3. morning all, just wondering, i need a back up ground saw and one to use on nasty stuff. don't mind husky or stihl anyone point me in the right direction, i'm sure i saw a thread on this before but not sure what is was!? i use a 560 at the moment thanks :thumbup1:

  6. could you not replace the hawthorn with a mixed beech hedge, can look v good? hawthorn really is not nice stuff, it may not be ideal in this situation especially if they ever thought of getting the patients to do a little bit of cutting or whatever? just looking at it from their point of view?

  12. as long as you list it exactly as it is, list every bad bit about it and the good stuff then you can't go wrong really. i brought a ride-on on ebay, brought it working, broke it, sold as a non-runner for almost twice as much as i paid for it! and he traveled about 3 to 4 hours to collect!
  13. best to use a hole saw bit without the pilot, drill in how deep you want, then get a chisel and break it out, can then level the bottom out with a really shape chisel. that way u don't end up with a pilot hole like you do with a spade bit. only take it out if u need to though! i've just got one for making a 90mm hole in some logs!!!

  21. Thanks for the advice..... I normally use my blower on my kombi but doesn't touch wet leaves so would like something with some more blow!!
