  2. writing down 1 thing everyday positive about you, your life and the things you have slowly trains your mind to think about the positive things and not to concentrate on the negative. that really does help!
  3. has anyone got one of the 7 ton portek quiksplits? if so, where's the best place for price? thanks

    Best 70cc saw

460 anyday! 440/441 if you are really worried about the weight
  13. don't buy cheap bars! bad move!!
  14. i thought the avant's could lift the most for there weight compared to the others?
  15. Karcher i'd say
  16. could you not replace the hawthorn with a mixed beech hedge, can look v good? hawthorn really is not nice stuff, it may not be ideal in this situation especially if they ever thought of getting the patients to do a little bit of cutting or whatever? just looking at it from their point of view?
  17. he is wrong! nothing like a properly sharpened chain!!!
  18. does anyone else use a little garden tractor to pull waste and logs or whatever around!?!? one of the most useful little things ever!!! saves so much time i find.... complete with an 18w led work light
  19. 6/10 but 10/10 if you were using a 460!!
  20. oak for sure!
  21. had my first go at milling yesterday.... good fun and achieving!!!
  22. i did it to my van, just silicone and carpet tiles.... worked a treat!
  23. as long as you list it exactly as it is, list every bad bit about it and the good stuff then you can't go wrong really. i brought a ride-on on ebay, brought it working, broke it, sold as a non-runner for almost twice as much as i paid for it! and he traveled about 3 to 4 hours to collect!
  24. best to use a hole saw bit without the pilot, drill in how deep you want, then get a chisel and break it out, can then level the bottom out with a really shape chisel. that way u don't end up with a pilot hole like you do with a spade bit. only take it out if u need to though! i've just got one for making a 90mm hole in some logs!!!
  25. i have a 52" curved one i brought but never put on. PM me if interested
