    Hi I've got a Briggs and Stratton 35 classic and it's the one with the diaphragm on the tank style. It won't start and keeps flooding. I don't understand why is flooding when I've already primed it 3 times by pushing the primer bulb after that it shouldn't flood? I'm holding the brake in when pulling to start? I did it a metal pole with the blade the other day and replaced the blade, but where is the petrol coming from? If I'm not priming it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    It says 12volts and reads only 2 volts at the moment and my car charger is a diesel charger up to 1900cc got it on slow charge Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
