  1. I’m not averse to a bit of home dentistry.
  2. So you’re saying that meeting you in person can put them off:)
  3. I have to laugh at all the conspiracy theorists intimating the ‘man’ is framing Brand to shut him up. The internet is chock full of people talking and writing about covid and other controversial subjects 24/7, are they going to get them all? Right Said Fred get caught putting the wrong plastic in the recycling bin? Matt Le Tissier filmed not picking up his dog’s shit? You read it here first!
  4. How heavy is a grain sack of logs? I’ve run a 750 with a flail, wouldn’t really want anything smaller for that job. If the dealer is close to you, and he has a good rep, go for it. Multione is a very similar machine (I’ve had 3 of them)
  5. It wasn’t an appropriate thread title.
  6. Maybe the OP is the one who needs to look in the mirror. He’s walked off a good few sites, one OK, two is raised eyebrows, ‘a good few’ is too many.
  7. That is certainly one school of thought. Not one I adhere to I must add. I think it give too much credence to how much weight his opinion carries.
  8. Russell Brand is potentially in trouble. Multiple accusations of sexual misconduct. Been bubbling under on Twitter for a good while, but breaking now.
  9. Yep, buy a spaniel, don’t be surprised if it jumps in the water, get a terrier, it’ll disappear down a hole, a collie will herd chicks. Get a dog like a those bull mastiff things there’s a chance it’ll do what it’s bred for.
  10. Hedge removal. We are eschewing grinding after we found out we could do this. VIDEO-2023-09-13-16-57-56.mp4
  11. Nothing on here, nothing on FB for ages. What has become of him? Stateside or Durham?
  12. Interesting point, I heard opinion the flat ground blades are harder on the bearings. I have used both on my 150, performance wise, there’s nothing in it.
  13. It has to come out. It’s not coming back from that.
  14. I believe it’s called ‘parts bingo’
  15. West coast looks very wet, if you don’t like rain, but the treework looks epic.
  16. I’d say it’s toast, they die off very quickly once they decide enough is enough. Very difficult to change the trajectory of Leylandii. Wait and see.
  17. I’d say almost certainly not. Cut it to the yellow line this year, then take it out completely next year or the year after.
  18. You can’t just live in the wild for ever like one of @Mark Bolam’s black panthers! Who knows what his intentions were, or even if he had any apart from getting out.
  19. I can’t imagine it’s that easy to leave the UK without outside help, ie passports, money, somewhere to actually go to etc.
  20. I’m with most of you lot, throw whatever bit of scrap wood you have nearby under it. Typical of Bob to come up with the perfect yet simple engineering solution.
  21. Clearing a waterway of some ash dieback stuff in the drink. Some assisted felling as well but didn’t film that. Avant making the impossible easy. VIDEO-2023-09-08-13-36-37.mp4 VIDEO-2023-09-08-13-36-28.mp4
  22. That winch isn’t listening to any excuses.
