People expect a bit of theatre when I come round to price. A decent pick-up sets the tone, sign written, a strong sensual man wearing some kind of tartan jacket, an aura that says ‘yes I will do your trees for lots of money, and yes I will squire your wife whilst you film it, but no touching or joining in’

Morning Stubs et al. My back is sorted, some birch reductions today, all arisings to stay at the bottom of the trees, so crucially no dragging for me. Rained all night, but cleared up today.

Started running like dogshite yesterday. So much fuel is pouring in, two vids one of the fuel leaking out of exhaust manifold, next is of spark plug removed (spark plug working by the way) crazy amount of fuel coming out. Any ideas muchly appreciated. IMG_4596.mov IMG_2480.mov

I think as a tool for mostly domestic stumps using the Avant I can’t see it working well. I have gone a bit cold on the idea if I’m honest.

Back at it, both from a work point of view and from the chiropractor’s POV. Bit of adjustment needed, I’ll get on the blower to the bone-cracker once they open. Otherwise 2 smallish routine TDs and a grind. Nose back to the grind stone lads.

The amount I saw in West Sussex when I was back for Christmas was astonishing. All the Carlos Fandango special models as well, snorkelled up for the rainforest.

At the bottom of the reply box it says choose files (underlined) press that a box will come up with three choices, the first is ‘photo library’ choose that and the rest is intuitive.

Good points, and the little I’ve been able to glean over the internet points to operation not being as easy as the vid illustrates. But I could sell the Bandit and buy this without losing money. Take it to work on the back of the truck rather than a dedicated trailer.. Can’t seem to find any first hand experience though.

I’ll say one thing for January, it’s an honest month, no stupid themed holidays like Valentines, Thanksgiving, Mother’s Day or the like. Back to work, 31 days, crap weather, short days, get on with it. It’s my spirit month, I respect it’s dogged adherence to grimness.
