  1. I had a 4 cylinder 35 with a similar problem, bitch to start, clouds of black smoke, over fueling, turned out to be a diaphragm in the fuel pump, simple fix. Too much fuel getting through or something.
  2. I avoid really bad weather if possible, the important thing is that it continues to rain during the day, nothing worse than putting the phone down and then the sun comes out. My stock line to clients is "the trees been there for a hundred years, it can wait another couple of weeks"
  3. Semenuk's One Shot Segment = unReal - NSMB.com Got this off FB, very nice stuff.
  4. Blowing a hooley, heavy rain, cancelled the job.
  5. Ive had 12" then 14" I prefer 14. I mostly do removals so enjoy the flexibility the extra length gives you. If I was doing a lot of light reductions or tight space stuff like careful repollarding, I might go for 12" but then I'd buy a 150.
  6. You can get a cheap compressors or less than €100. Very useful for many things in our game Darrin.
  7. You're not just posting though are you? You're also trying to drum up business, no problem with that, but if you put it on a discussion forum, expect discussion.
  8. Airline, bit of wd40, if they're still troublesome after that they get retired.
  9. Connor/Craig tomayto/tomarto.
  10. Steve, you seem a bit faddy about this stuff, dumbells, paleo diet and now this. I was very fit as a younger man, played football to decent standard, cycled miles (after I lost my licence) ran for pleasure. I do nothing now except walk the dog, I'm to scared of injuring myself and missing work. Unless you enjoy what you're doing for fitness you'll never stick at it. Trying to punish yourself with this year's version of Circuit Training will probably end in failure. Try a sport, one you can do with other people.
  11. I used to clean out my transit cab with a backpack blower, open both doors and press the button.
  12. Use your imagination or your own name.
  13. Timing belt I'm guessing, supply and fit.
  14. I'd laugh, but I don't think you're joking. One born every minute I guess.
  15. My Land Rover was a money pit. every time I'd plough more money into it I'd think "that should be the end of the spending for a while" It never ended, even a week before I sold it I had to spend €800 on the selector fork. I'm not going to tell you to sell or not, just don't assume the spending will ever stop.
  16. Glad you see that:001_smile: Have a good day. Don't get too wet!
  17. The old "drop your price and we'll give you more work in the future" trick. I'm sure that on courses for professional procurers of services, that one is probably taught on their first day of college. I bet they couldn't believe you fell for it. You'll get your money, just don't hold your breath.
  18. They don't need stripping down, they run great.
  19. Yes they're good but made of cheese. You should always have a spare working topper.
  20. Fair enough, maybe you should talk about this breathlessness with a doctor, get some tests. My old man suffered from that, ended up diagnosed with heart problems. Not looking to further the argument Felix, it's a genuine suggestion.
  21. I don't feel bad at the end of a day's cutting.
  22. Paper diary for me. I have no experience of the online one so cannot comment on them.
  23. How? As Mark Bolam said earlier. I've got quite a few 2 strokes well over 10 years old running great on supermarket fuel, If my machines were blowing up on a regular basis I'd think differently.
