Exactly , what will happen in 10 years time when all the small repair shops are gone . will you post off your saw for an urgent repair or just buy a new one as it will be there next day ? as i said before the whole thing is going to implode

Yes i know some dealers with there heads stuck in the sand ! i also know a couple of genuine small players who are struggling with the cost of keeping going , i would of thought a discount would be in order if your spending thousands with them !

Some smaller dealers are now struggling due to the drop in sales , are they really robbing you or do they need to charge full whack to keep a roof over there heads ? just a thought .

No they were over the phone , i did ask about warranty issues and was told "take it to the local dealer there problem" it will all implode one day when the local guy is out the game .

You would think Husqvarna would offer to check any Autotune saw for the Police , serial number is stored in the software ! -
Depends on the operator and how the machine is cared for , i have witnessed a 30t Doosan turned to scrap in 12 months , most small machines are put to tasks well beyond there capability and hence the tend to suffer wear and tear at an alarming rate .
