  5. Nice to meet you at the apf. I was very impressed with your harness, you'll get an order from me at some point for sure. Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  6. Best rigging rope I've tried. Mines still in great condition after lots of abuse, easy to tie for a large rope and easy on the hands Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  7. That's a great idea Sent from my GT-I9505 using Arbtalk mobile app
  8. Thanks Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  9. Can anyone please shed some light on what is attacking this lime pollard. Looks like it may be a parasite of some kind, possibly aphids? If so is it best to just let the winter kill them off rather than intervene sooner? There is a row of lime pollards last done 2 years ago, only one tree is affected. Thanks Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  10. Sleep in a different room every now and then. Go to bed early and get a good sleep. It will benefit everyone. You are not alone, good luck! Sent from my GT-I9505 using Arbtalk mobile app
  11. Both good. 461 for me though Sent from my GT-I9505 using Arbtalk mobile app
  12. Let's hope the 2511 is available soon. The loan saw is total pants in my opinion Sent from my GT-I9505 using Arbtalk mobile app
  13. Pm sent Sent from my GT-I9505 using Arbtalk mobile app
  14. Agree 100% I think there's a pretty clear consensus on this one! Sent from my GT-I9505 using Arbtalk mobile app
  15. Fairly heavy reduction on a big yew today. Looks respectable though considering how much we took off. Just about every obstacle imaginable to avoid. Long day. Sorry for sideways pics
  16. Can't be too hard to modify a pto peeler to run from a petrol engine? Got a couple of petrol engines kicking about to donate to the cause if you want mate
  17. Lovely hot day for a spot of oak reducing
  18. Trust paid up with no quibble when I was robbed of all my kit. Arborisk sound good too though so go with the best deal
  19. I disagree with all those saying go big or don't bother. The rock machinery grinder is ok but really not up to professional use. I now run a predator 360 which is an altogether different animal. It's not high powered but still obliterates stumps with ease. For a small business it is about perfect. I sub out any monster stumps to a guy with a tracked machine. Around 4 grand but well worth the extra.
  20. Anyone had the 280 sent from forest and arb yet?
  21. No it just needs a bit more pressure with the rivet spinner by the looks of it. Very bad for a supplier to be selling chains like that though in my view
  22. I have a km130 with blower so more powerful than a km56 I think but it easily out performs my bg56. Less tiring to use for long periods too.
  23. Kent England. Think it was an old birds nest.
