  1. Can you drop me a pm with your contact details and a bit more detail on experience etc. Might have some days here and there. Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  2. I like the idea of that grinder. What's the price tag? Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  3. ? Have you read the thread through? I've said a few times that I don't need any money from this, but if i get some then great. Why do you feel the need to pick holes or try to catch me out? If anyone really wants it then pm me, it's getting boring having to justify everything to people who aren't even interested so I'm making an exit! Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  4. Jeez...what a can of worms I've opened up. Just trying to find a good home for a tree that is pretty old and deserves better than being turned into logs. Why does everything have to always revolve around making a profit? I'm quite tempted to keep the stick now and turn it into something that might get past on to my kids and their kids and so on. Maybe it might cost me a couple hundred quid and some time but who cares. I'll post some pics in about a years time when it's done Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  5. I can arrange that at a small cost Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  6. All I know is they make nice boards! I know nothing about the value etc. Just hoping someone wants it. I'll post some pics up of some i have milled tomorrow if I remember. Sorry if my response to your 1st comment was a bit blunt, it just seemed a bit antagonistic and pointless Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  7. Agree on the most part. At the end of the day I don't want to see that trunk logged up or put on a bonfire. So if someone wants to take it away and give me a beer then I'm happy. If it turns out someone would love to make furniture with it and would pay good money then I'm also happy. If I don't get any takers then I'll probably hire in someone with a big mill and Mill it on site. Either way...I'm happy. [emoji1] Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  8. Splits into 2 at approx 10' Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  9. Just the one. Must be at least 1.5m diameter waist high Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  10. Apology accepted. I'm not looking to make a load of money from it, just want to see it used. And if that means not having to shift it back to my yard then all the better Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  11. I'd have put money on a stupid response like that. Have you ever milled lawsons? This would make some stunning planks so please go troll another thread Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app

  24. Different beasts. The tw is going to be much quicker as it's more powerful. Think about what you really need though in terms of cost vs productivity. The 130 is probably 5 k cheaper and still a blinding little chipper for what it is. Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  25. I turned the idle up on mine as it was stalling, I guess you just need to tweak it Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
