  1. Hi all. I'm looking to start subbying and need to get my own gear. I figure running a medium to large ground saw would cover all based at minimal cost. I've used my friends MS 440 all day before with no problem, tons of power, it can takle most things and i personally didn't find it too heavy. I've used stihl forever but I have an echo tophandle and really like it. Any advice on similar size/power grondsaws equivalent to the 440 but from other manufactures than stihl?
