    If you are not getting on with the tooless brake, change it for the non tooless brake part no. 544097901, you can then have a 13mm nut which can be done a lot tighter, you need to check the machine is oiling the chain correctlt as it could be the chain stretching.

    Trio Brake?

    Great system, a very under estimated addition to a number of Husqvarna saws, it utilises the original brake, so there is very little to go wrong, the powers that be in the UK have removed it from the price list, a great shame, i have worked on many trio brake saws and would recommend to everybody, if the German saws had this available they would be shouting it from the roof tops
