1. I use a Farmers jack/land rover hi lift jack that costs £70 and is very effective for pulling concrete posts out and takes up less room in van . Also have a short length of steel girder too stop it sinking into soft ground . Ste
2. Quality Tractor is a FENDT Ste
3. Its me ,because I am one man band. Regardless of how many people you employ or how many big/contract's you have its Customer Satisfaction that Counts . Ste

LED spot bars are still in the early days , my cousin got some from overseas and they are OK . Hella 2000s WERE cracking lights , i followed the LOMABARD RALLY FOR YEARS hence my love for spot lights , many a night sat in KIELDER AND GRIZDALE FOREST waiting for the Group B cars . Ste Not a group B BUT a XR3i WITH HellaS

11. Works a treat with the wide intake but when chipping conifers etc with loads of green feed it in with the green first so the main wood chippings throws the green out has been a roller chipper there is not has much wind has a flywheel chipper so relies more on velocity. Filled 3 bulk bags in no time and it is just a tad over 29inches wide which is 3 inches narrower than the small TimberWolf which makes the difference of getting in most jobs . Ste PS Shop around has price varies between 700 notes . Mowers to you were cheapest at £2175 I was lucky and twisted my local dealer to flog Me there demo for a song
12. Balancing the shaft might be a issue running different blades together . Ste
13. Sorry too big this up again but I should of done this years ago .. 6trips too trailer instead of 60 ! My poor knee's. ATTACH]177239 Ste ...
14. Great idea in theory but the counter balance is part of the structure and you would have too loose that too get the weight down . Otherwise great idea . Ste
15. It all depends on your location ie blade at back is a recipe for disaster near buildings/structure's. If one is having to track a far distance then track motors at front rather than behind has not pushing rather than pulling tracks . Beware of micro Diggers ,they are powerful and will have you out of your seat before you know it . Overhead cables even with micro diggers . Kids ........feckin nightmare . Plan your dig . Don't get soil bound . Utilities!!!!!!!!! Couple hours hand digging can save your life and wallet. If grading near building don't forget the Boom if front of you while looking at grading ! Remember......they tip over very easy on gradients if you get it wrong . The list goes on ......takes years . Ste
16. Human Squirrels'. Ste
17. Yep you are bang on with bucket not tipping forward enough but I keep mine shined up with oil too stop rust setting in ,it helps . Think it would go out of balance if tipped further forward and launching the operator into space . Ste
18. I would look at the Hinowa hi lift tracked dumper if going for a conversion has they are very heavy and use a Takeuchi track system which is strong than the TCP etc also the hi lift arms are well up to the Job. I run one but left it has a dumper has it goes well with my Micro digger with a thumb grab . Ste
19. I have bought a tracked Hinowa dumper off this E-Bay seller ,he is a straight fella and I know his fitter too . Ste
20. Good job . Ste
21. First trip out with the Stihl MSA160T and my brother fell over laughing at my new kitchen utensil and called it a Gay saw ! At the end of the day he was gob smacked at how well it coped and how long it lasted. Ste
22. LOL Ste
23. Last year I noticed for the first time ...... On my insurance documents in VERY small print it says certificate of competence is required now . Does not mention any felling tickets but rope access in confined space excluded . Ste
24. There is more Fatal accidents caused by in proper use of mobile phones than chainsaws so I think we need to enforce a ticket of competence for them . Lol Ste
25. Totally agree Stubby ,played about with chainsaws since I was a kid on parents farm and it was only 4years ago I decided to make a effort and get some tickets,. There is hundreds of people like us who have grown up in the industry, too much red tape these days and its been said a million times Tickets/licence don't give you Experience . Ste
