  1. Chill out stubby. I found your post offensive obviously no one else did. You crack on posting on here, I'm off as I really can't be arsed anymore. Merry Christmas!
  2. Your having a laugh aren't you?
  3. Your missing the point, all I said was the post you made was rasicst or offensive.
  4. Now make sure you are sitting down to watch this Jon, I don't want you having a funny doo.
  5. Cut and climb are worth the money. I have not found a jacket that keeps you as dry. You pay £150 for boots or trousers so why not a jacket?
  6. I stopped advertising logs last year, I don't buy cord in anymore as its just not worth it. I use the timber I get from tree jobs and process as and when. I have a small group of customers maybe about 30 -40 that buy logs throughout the year.
  7. All credit to Ollie really, we were just the ground crew. It was twisty and whippy stuff. He did a good job as a lot had to be cut and chuck or rigged. Thanks
  8. Walnut over a barn to be removed. Ollie B in the tree and me and Ste on the ground. All done by 3 pm.
  9. All the ones I have met are, they want the wood for a pittance and seem to think it's their right to have the wood instead of firewooding it. Lol
  10. Fast and loud, recording Guy Martin for later.
  11. No need I just read all these posts😏
  12. Well I have not been out for a while as its been very wet, however today was crisp and dry with some snow on the tops so I went for a mooch around one of my favourite routes, Kentmere. The track I take has been basket washed out in places some of the holes are 3 feet deep in places and the track is a mess with rubble and debris that has washed down. As I got further up the trail there was quite a bit of snow about and the ground was very boggy so I decided to head down HP plantation to see how that trail was and it too had been badly washed out, so much so I hit a big hole and went over the bars!! No injury though except feeling a bit stiff.
  13. Just moles as far I know, he is a bit eccentric.
  14. We still have an old guy who advertises mole catching, he has a little van and goes round making his money catching moles.
  15. They a stacked out with work, they repair and service watches for the 2 jewellers in town, clocks etc. There are people always dropping clocks round, they red furnish and sell grandfather clocks too. It is a dying trade but they are busy.
  16. My next door neighbour is a Horologist, or in layman a terms a clock and watch maker. He is in his 80's and his son also does it.
  17. That's insane, how big is a big bag etc, unreal.
  18. Why would you put your National Insurance number on an invoice?
